I have used Busy Bee in Chula Vista 4 times for problems with my locks in my house and car. Always, they are professional and compassionate. The office staff explains what will happen after my order is taken and the time for service is set. When the driver is approximately 30-40 minutes away, the office will notify you. Upon arrival the locksmith gets the job done with expertise courtesy, and sensitivity. I will continue to recommend this company. You are in good busy bee hands. Diane

So I went to Busy Bees Lock and Key in Chula Vista after talking to LaLa over the phone today. I was quoted a great price to have my remote and key replaced. I did not want to go to a car dealer and pay their prices which would have been soooooo much more. LaLa was professional and took her time fixing my remote that kept on setting off my car alarm. She also gave me a military discount which was so nice of her and appreciated. I highly recommend this business. This business and LaLa are honest, personable and military and first responder friendly. Well done LaLa. Thank you again!!!

Barely coming back from a small vacation just to find your key breaking into the lock is not a feeling anyone should have to go through. So, I called this locksmith, and he arrived in about 10 minutes. In about 15 minutes he opens the door and I'm inside.All in all, these guys are very punctual and professional. 5/5 in my experience

These guys are awesome! They had changed the lock on my front gate a few months ago to use the same key as my front door. One of the springs inside the lock did something strange and got jammed inside the lock making it impossible to even put in a key so we just reached over the gate to unlock it. Last week my wife broke the key in the lock reaching over so I had to remove it and take it to them for repair. This is where they excel!!! I was being helped by Zane and Thor and they were awesome even though the lock fought them the entire way and most people would just throw it out and make you buy a new one. Not them. The owner, a lady I didn't get her name, picked the lock to get it to turn in only a few second and the guys finished the job... AND THEY DID IT UNDER WARRANTY AND GAVE ME A FREE KEY!!! I would recommend these people to anyone looking for any kind of key service. They are honest good people that just want to do the best service for people. They were insanely busy and still made sure to pay attention to me and my issue. I wish I could leave more stars because they deserve it. Great job guys!!! And don't forget to leave a tip, they deserve it!

Excellent customer service, fantastic prices. Efrain came out to service our Ford lock. He was professional, knowledgeable and diligent. He had to call in for a part and the shop brought him what he needed right away. We are very happy with the service we received and will tell our friends. I might not enter my glove box so I came to see BusyBees. These folks are fantastic. The entire staff was friendly. Jerry (service technician) was a pro. Whereas another business wished to pierce my lock, Jerry astutely figured out that my secret was the problem. He made me a brand-new secret as well as my handwear cover box magically opened up. The procedure took about 30 mins as well as I was out the door. The cost was really affordable. I will certainly utilize them once again in the future.

Busy Bees has the perfect combination of technical expertise and friendly customer service. This place is a golden little nugget hiding in Terra Nova shopping center. They're capable of solving so many problems - and quickly too! My electronic key fob for my Ford SUV stopped working. I had changed the battery myself and tried to troubleshoot with no success. Jamie was able to fix the issue and get my key working within minutes! She also EXPLAINED what was going on and what do in the future if I experience the same issue. I have used the services of Jerry @ Busy Bee Locksmith on two separate occasions and I highly recommend him and his staff. I have used his shop and his mobile service.
