Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous staff! I just moved to the area and needed to rekey my locks and JW Lock helped me out. I called to inquire about mobile and in-store service and they were upfront and honest about pricing. Since my condo only has two locks and Im capable to install locks so I took two lock cylinders to their shop. They were able to complete the job within 30 minutes and I left with several duplicated keys as well.

Gave these folks a call looking for a skeleton key. They said that have more than one type and said to come in with the key. I spoke to an older guyGot there and showed a different, younger guy the key and he said we had to bring in the drawer or cabinet!Sure doesn't make any sense to me. Isn't it easier to match a key rather than try multiple keys in a lock? Especially something as simple as a skeleton key.Couldn't give them no stars like I wanted to.

I have a key of my daughter-in-law that some reason or another, people keep taking this key, why she don't know and neither do I. Some reason I always have a hard time getting a duplicate key made, everybody takes one look and they don't want nothing to do with it. I walked in asked then showed him the key and smiled and in a couple of minutes I had 2 keys made and I was on my way. If you need a key or your safe worked on I recommend them highly. You can't go wrong.
