It's very difficult to be the victim of a crime. It is unsettling, annoying and scary. When my car was broken into yesterday I was a little in shock as to how to respond and what steps to take. I needed repairs to my keys and car locks so as to not be victimized again. I found 1 Stop Lock & Key online and read the outstanding reviews. I was thoroughly impressed with Mike's service, abilities, punctuality, professionalism and kindness. It was such a relief to have the job done and at a very reasonable price. I recently purchased a used 2019 Hyundai that only came with one key fob. I bought an Oem key online that the dealer swore wouldnt program but would charge the programming fee anyway whether they were successful Or not. I called 1 Stop and the gentleman had my key programmed and cut in a matter of minutes. He was very profesional, friendly and knowledgeable about automotive key systems. The cost was also significantly cheaper than the dealer. If you need any key, lock or ignition related repair I would highly recommend 1 stop lock and key.

Whereas other locksmiths were not available, or were not able to cut U locks off of a bike, Mike was able to do it, showed up within an hour, and didn't charge me extra when I forgot to mention I had two, not one, but two, U locks to cut off. He also was careful to caution me not to stand too close while using the cutting saw...so he made sure that I was safe. All in all , I received great service from Mike. I think I'll keep my spare bike keys in my backpack from now on LOL!

Provides service for Mercedes! Was able to make a replacement mechanical key for my Mercedes in less than 30 minutes! I called all over Fresno and nobody was available or able to provide service for my Mercedes but this gentleman, he responded on short notice and pulled through. Definitely would recommend

Unprofessional. Couldn't even get the job done. He left with an attitude, wouldn't even let us see the key he made. Told me i lied and that my car was two different keys when it was clearly working with the one key I had misplaced. Asked to see the key he made, and he told us we didn't need to see it because it dont work and he left.

I have a 2004 bmw and locked my only key inside my trunk everywhere I was calling to unlock it either told me they cant do bmws or would have to go through the dealership, which would cost near to 500.00 just to do... lucky I called MIKE and said he was up for the challenge... he got to my location within 10 mins and unlocked with no problem and at a reasonable price!!! I called them, they gave me price of $120 to rekey seven locks. However, it turns out there were only 4 locks that needed rekying. On the job site he tells me its going to be $140 (strange). I was in a time constraint so, had to get it done.After doing the work, we were unable to find the key for the front screen door. Called the office, and spoke with him. He was very rude. I end up buying a new lock.

Purchased a remote key , after a couple of weeks buttons on the key stopped working. It took about 10-15 times of pressing the button for the key to work. I called to see if there was anything he can do as far as replacing key . I was told that it's $75 to come check the key out that's not including replacing the key. I was also told there is no warranty on the keys so if it breaks a day after I still have to pay for another one. These keys are not cheap and at $165 for the key you would think there would be some type of warranty . Last thing I was told was no locksmith in the world gives warranty on keys made which also is a lie . I called a couple local locksmith and they do provide warranty for their keys . So beware of purchasing a key from this company .

I called to get a quote on making a copy for my key and the man rudely answered and told me to call some place else simply because I asked if they come to you. Very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. So I'll take his advice and take my business somewhere else!
