I was in a jam after loosing the only key to my truck (2007 Tacoma). I called around and Fresno Locksmith Service offered me the best price and was very responsive. We communicated through text message mostly, but he set an appointment time for me about an hour from my initial call, and he arrived on time! He was very professional and worked quickly. He was able to cut and program me a new key and it works perfectly. I am grateful for the professionalism of Fresno Locksmith Service and their timely response.

I just have to say it was 1030 at night And one of my bedroom doors were jammed was not able to open it had to remove the door knobs once I contacted this locksmith they were able to walk me through on how to open the door otherwise I would have to pay the 125+ additional fees to come out Im so greatly appreciated for them sending me the pictures via text and showing me how to get the door completely open once again thank you so much for your time I would definitely recommend .Great service!!!!

Got locked out of my room. Tried to be a handy man my self pick the lock (waste of time) so gave in and called. This guy was super duper easy and quick and easy. I even discovered how I tried to fix It myself because he felt something in the lock a pice of Bobby pin broke off in the lock and he was STILL able to pick it! AMAZING!! Highly recommend you call or text this guy!

Wasn't going to make this review but here's my experience. 2 guys came they seam fine showed up fast and everything was good. They where here for about an hour couldn't get my key made, they did make 1 key that only work on 1 door (car was already unlock) they tried messing whit all other doors whit key hole to no able tried whit ignition switch whit no luck. Like I said about an hour here could not get the job done, called someone else they did the exact thing they did that only work on 1 door this is where they got a code to make the key (passenger door lock cylinder) the other guy did and it work on all doors and ignition switch. He did it under 20 minutes and charge me $80 which was half of what these guy where charging me

Very unprofessional. We booked 24/7 locksmith to do an eviction for us. He sent me a text 10pm the day before, asking which email he should send his invoice to. He said 'I can send an invoice to an email address WHEN the job is COMPLETE. I would just need the payment completed before I leave the site'.The day of the lockout, he sent me a text around 8am that he's there but our agent wasn't there yet. I told him the Sheriff will be at the property 8:20am and that I will try to get a hold of our agent. While he waits for the Sheriff and our agent, he said he just sent me an invoice and to 'please pay as soon as possible BEFORE THE SHERIFF ARRIVES'.I told him that I thought he would send an invoice after, because I'm sure we would have to pay more than the invoice he sent me, which was $210.00. He said that the invoice he sent me was a base price for 'service fee, standby fee, labor fee, and unlock fee'. And then keeps asking if I was able to pay it.I told him I'm still trying to get a hold of our agent. I didn't want to pay him when there's no agent or Sheriff to confirm that he's actually at the property. He then threatens 'If I do not see the payment, I will be leaving in a few minutes'. And then he tells me that the Sheriff is there now and our agent isn't there yet.So I paid the invoice thinking that maybe our agent is just a bit late, but at least the Sheriff is there now and the locksmith can get to work right away for when our agent arrives. Unfortunately, our agent never arrived so the Sheriff had to leave without completing the lockout. I asked the locksmith if we could get a partial refund like not get charged for the 'labor fee, and unlock fee' like he said and just get charged for his time to come out to the property and for his standby fee. And this is what he sent me:'We did not expect a no-show and waited there longer than amount of time told, we usually charge more in these situations. I cannot offer a refund, but I can offer a discount if you still need to get the property rekeyed some time. We missed calls and cancelled other potential jobs in order to be there waiting for your agent.'He got there 8am and said he's leaving around 8:30am since the Sheriff left. That's only 30min! And $210.00 for 30min and gas money to come out to the property is outrageous.

I accidentally locked my keys in my apartment. Coincidently my apartment complex office is closed today for a mandatory training and none of the maintenance guys could assist me in getting spare key to my apartment so that I could open it up. Short on cash at the moment I had no idea what I was going to do and desperately needed to get in my home. I called this company as asked if they could assist me and they did just that. I appreciate them working with me on the price and coming out to help even after I was indecisive. Great company and are willing to help!
