I desperately needed to make a duplicate of my key. I called the owner to check if they carried the key I needed and she was super nice and helpful. I rushed down there right before she closed and she stayed late to help me! I would definitely recommend this store

Not a great experience, had three copies of my key made here. Not one of them worked. Finally the woman gave up and said I could go somewhere else. I had my copies done at Home Depot.

This place did a code cut for my car and was cut too far back by 3 mm. But Koko the owner refuse own up to her work and claimed she had cut the key accordingly! I now checked her review but its too late for me, I hope people wiser than me keep driving to another shop!

Overall they are so rude and doesn't keep there wordsI've call to make an appointment And she told me 10am next dayBut they didn't come, so called again and she said she called me and leave message 'once'And she said ' only 12 are you gonna take or not'And hung off and she tell me price is $70But tech came 12:05 and he said I have to pay $105Because $70is service call and $25 for unlocking mailbox, $10 for lockOnce more they are sucks overall

$50 for a home key copy??? That quote was ridiculous! I got the SAME key for $5 at Anawalt's in NoHo. I am NEVER going back, and you shouldn't either. I think she realized I wasn't Armenian and quoted me like an idiot.
