Sent 1 bottle of wine to Virginia the Thursday before Christmas. $60 shipping fee. Found out today from UPS the shipment was cancelled... never picked up. Phone at the Guerneville office rings and rings and rings. Don't go anywhere near this place.

Just dropped off some packages to ship at Guernevilles new shipping store and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also offer other services such as packing, shipping via all the major carriers, mailbox rentals, copying, scanning, faxing, printing and a notary service.
