Great store! The nicest employees I have encountered in a while. Walt and Bridget where such a big help this morning. They helped me find everything I needed and gave me some creative ideas for my project.

This place is huge. They have all the basic hardware store offerings and then some. For example, they have pet care stuff, but not just food and litter; there were two kinds of eye drops for dogs. The garden section (kept cool by a refreshing sprayed mist) had at least 7 different brands of rooting hormone and 4 watering timer controls. Not like many stores that might just have one brand of most things. The staff of this family owned store was very friendly and knowledge. The owner's son-in-law helped me pick out a timer, and the owner rang us up. I was only visiting the area, but I wish this was my local hardware store.

It's a wonderful store. I stop in everytime I come up for the summer and it has so many neat things. From things I need for my cabin to floats for my time on the river. I could spend hours in there thankfully Sergio always helps me out to find things I need or I would never leave.

This is a great asset to the Guerneville community rather than having to drive 30 minutes to go to Santa Rosa it's great to have a hardware store that is very well supplied and right in our neighborhood

Great store! No need to go clear into Santa Rosa as they have just about anything you'd need from a hardware store. Staff is friendly and helpful, from Bridget in the garden department and at the front counter to John and RJ in the yard and throughout the store.

Ive had nothing but A+ satisfaction with the employees here at true value, for 37 yrs. Polite, & respectful, in every way. Always willing to help. They make sure u have all ur supplies needed for the project u r doing. If ur not sure what is needed or how its done, they will take the time to explain things to u. I enjoy shopping there.

Great local hardware store. They try to carry a selection of most everything and are responsive to requests. I love having to only drive five minutes and not into the city for supplies.

Great hardware store. Don't be confused by it's seemingly small storefront appearance. This baby is packed to the gills with Items big hardware stores aim for. There is even a garden center in back. Before you head to Home Depot or Sebastopol hardware check out this little Gem of a store.
