Needed spare transponder/remote key for 04 Honda Accord. Went in expecting to pay $130 (cheaper than anyone else!) Charles was very nice. He did a new key/case using my electronics plus a duplicate key I needed for only $51!! He's ordering another part for another key. Was so shocked and appreciative. Definitely going back! Nice to still have nice honest merchants!

Poor follow up after key was made . We had problems with the alarm , which should have been anticipated since it was on the original key and I would think that they've had to deal with that before

Money oriented. I needed a standard house key cut custom so I could rekey my house. I waited for at least 15 minutes for the guy who can cut keys to get there. Then he tried to talk me into bringing all my locks down so he can rekey them. I told him I was gonna do it myself, I just need a new key. He didn't like that. He went back and started cutting for a second, then came back and said he couldn't do it and to try another locksmith... I at no point was rude or disrespectful. Pretty disappointing.

I have been looking to replace my auto key(Honda) for about two months now, but I finally did it about two weeks ago. Charles was such a great person to work with and has great prices. I called around in Perris, Temecula, Riverside, and other places in Hemet but this was far the best customer experience I have had and the best price in town! Not only did he help me out with two keys for my car but he actually remembered me after two months! Also, when the second key didn't work he still spent extra time to make sure that they both worked excellent. Great Locksmith to go to.
