Called to get a quote. The person I was talking to seemed bothered that I couldn't answer his question. Came across as 'rude'. Noticed there are several reviews complaining about the same thing. Just because a business might be well-established doesn't mean you can 'afford' to be rude. Well, just that simple phone call and the fact that they're overpriced, has turned this potential customer away as well as EVERYONE I know here in the valley. Good job.

I called because I was locked-out of my home. I was told he would there between 30-40 mins. I was in Valle Vista at the time. Well service tech Daniel calls 10 mins later asking where am I...very rude I proceed to tell him where I am and that his boss told me that I had time...and that I would be there Sierra Dawn North in 10 mins he proceeds to tell me that he drives every morning from Valle Vista and it shouldn't take me that long and was extremely rude to me...told me that I would have to reschedule. I told him fine go ahead and go to his other calls he tells me very rude 'am already here so I'll wait' well for $80.00 yeah...it took you 20seconds to open. He didn't need to treat a customer like that. I've never been treated so rude in my life for no reason. I have the call record to prove that I was within givin time frame. I think others need to know about this establishment. I mean come on there's only 2 locksmiths in Hemet it doesn't give them the right to treat customers this way. So just beware!!!!!

I looked all over for someone to make me a duplicate key for the console in my jeep, with absolutely no luck. Box stores, home improvement stores, locksmith, no one had a blank to fit my console. These guys had the blanks in stock and made me 2 good duplicates within 15 minutes. Glad I can shop locally.

Daniel and Steve are very professional and strait forward, beats dealer prices by far, have had many keys made home, vehicles, camper. Haven't personally had a key they couldn't make while I was there in store. Most visits are very fast even when needing programing 15-20 minutes tops.

Called to get an ignition switch fixed/replace on my Chrysler 300. Mitch suggested that it is probably not the lock portion but likely the electrical switch that it engages. He asked if I was handy to which I replied yes. He walked me through the process and sure enough, he was right. I found the part locally, and $50 later and probably hundreds less than the dealer would charge, I was back in business. Thanks Mitch!
