Great response but was sold a key that doesn't fit at all and causes alarm to go off Everytime I turn off my pickup. If all you need is your keys removed from your vehicle, call them...but I don't pay the $65 for a key that's not even worth 1cent.

Excellent service. Was at my house within 20 minutes of the call on a Sunday morning at 7am. I really appreciated the quick response. Would give 5 stars, but was really shocked at paying $160 for a 2 minute unlock my door job. Next time ill break the window.

We had to get a new FOB key for our 2005 Jeep Cherokee. I didn't want to go to the dealership because they over charge. So we called Golden Locks and they did the job for 1/2 the price, and did it fast. Highly recommend Golden Locks!!

Absolutely amazing! Omar said he could be to my place within 15 minutes of calling him! He was punctual and worked very quickly. He was also a really nice guy! I'm definitely saving their number in case I ever lose my keys again. Most places couldn't help me since I have a key fob and push start. I was trying to get the key done for my motorcycle because I broke it off in the gas tank. I went to the dealer like three times and they couldnt get the key right, even though I had the original key code from Honda. Then I went to two other Locksmiths before I found GOLDEN LOCKS, he was able to do it when no one else could. Hallelujah!! two thumbs up

Golden Locks, Inc.I called gentleman asked me to txt a different number. So I did.Provided locksmith with everything he needed from pic of insurance to vin of vehicle. It took me a whole week to get answers. As a customer I don't expect to be having to call/ask for status on key. Now they want me to tow the car to the shop. Waisted a whole week and still have no key. WORTHLESS!!!

Don't go anywhere until you've talked to these guys. Omar will have the best price in town and fast, efficient service to boot! Can not rave enough after calling dealers, other shops, and checking online. Generally the labor/programming charges are the real cost and you'll find these guys at the best prices and super fast when you go there.

Omar is the best!! Dont even bother calling anyone else. An honorable family man running an honest business in an industry riddled with companies who capitalize on the stress of the situation. The family and l lost my key fob at the beach to the 2019 F150 we had for our vacation. Omar was easy to communicate with and delivered exactly as he said he could over the phone. Price at the end was same price as one given over the phone. Omar can give you a new KEY FOB on the spot when others can only offer to rekey. Thanks to Omar I'll be able to get the $250 back I was charged, and avoided potential towing, from the car rental company. $250 is what they charge you to replace the lost key fob, at least on a Ford. This is unavoidable because you need to call them for the ignition code. If you return your vehicle with the replacement, all will be well and you should be refunded. They do not care about the $250 KEY ONLY replacement other companies will offer. They want a new fob like the one supplied. Omar is the best, I'm grateful for his service.

They are not just a lock smith shop, but they sell a lot of great, top brand and quality safes and other related products and services. We just bought a safe, they gave me the best price right away; no need to negotiate, no need to look around because they have the cheapest price compared to other safe shops (I did shop around before I found them! Wasted my time!). Because they had the best price compare to others, your guard might be up, and I did questioned if these safes are brand new or old, but they are no doubt brand new! If you stop by the shop, you will see they have so many variety of safes! but in my case, the safe I wanted was not in stock, but Oma helped place the order for my safe right away directly from the manufacture and replaced the new stronger more specialty lock when I requested. Unlike other shops, they make their customer wait for their next inventory order to save their money on shipping which can take additional 2 to 3 weeks or more.they are really nice and friendly. Their service is excellent, especially Oma! He took his time to show me the safe and answers all the questions I had with patience and smiling face. I had a lot of questions! So much knowledge about the safes. When they came to install the safe for us, they got thing done quick even it is extremely hard and heavy safe to install. totally professional!When I had questions about changing password for my safe, Oma answer right away even Sunday his day off. Thank you so much Oma!

Omar was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He was available Easter weekend, when I lost my only key to my Kia 2017. He showed up in a matter of a couple hours and made me a brand new key!! No need to tow your car or deal with the dealership outrageous prices!! He was also so friendly, and nice! I highly recommend him. I, promise you will NOT be disappointed!!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. I called the guy bc I needed my car door to be opened bc it didnt open with my key. He said that it would cost $150 just for the door and then the key would cost $5. When he opened the door, the alarm went off and he said that it would go away if you drove, so I asked him if he could drive in a circle and he did. The alarm still was off. He told me that it wasnt his job and that his job was only to open the door. He kept saying that he had two more customers and that he said that we were bad people. Also he took about 35 minutes to get there and was very rude. I didnt get his name, but he drives a blue Prius. Dont recommend this place.

Came in to this place for the 1st time and they were juts opening . BUT yelp and google stated 7am . The other item that had me like ..wow . Was the cost for 2 common keys . Felt like he over charged! Not sure if anyone else keys keys on a frequent ( I work for a place where o get keys made on a daily ) and at the most expensive places the keys are usually 4.50 maybe ( like self kiosk and keyme places ) if you need keys made go to DLS or any other places close by as the cost is alot better . After I stated that I was going to post it, the gentleman decided to refund me the money. In witch I did not take due to being more of how it was handled . When I said why so much, he stated oh if it's not $5 i can't open the doors . 2 starts cuz keys worked .

Very very good service!!! Very honest and nice service, hauled my motorcycle from 6 hours away and realized I forgot my keys at home, told the guy my story and we set up an appointment for first thing in the morning and he was there at the shop to meet me. I called about 20 different places trying to take advantage and golden locks did not. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Now I will enjoy my day stress free. THEY ARE SECOND TO NONE!

This place Rocks!! Went to get a copy of a broken car key. Got way more than expected! Very nice, friendly guy. Gave me updates of when hed be available, made a quick copy of my key, answered my dumb questions (haha), let me test out his excellent work real quick (without even a sour look) before I paid.
