I work for a Real Estate agent out of the Cypress/Garden Grove area and had been trying to schedule a locksmith to come out for a re-key for nearly 2 weeks (Previous locksmith cancelled on us 3 times!!) and these guys stepped in and went above and beyond! They made sure we had an appointment scheduled for the very next day and Justin even called me from his personal cell to update me on an approximate ETA. Talk about superb customer service! He was even gracious enough to extend a nominal discount as a way of excusing the previous locksmiths faulty scheduling and customer service. Needless to say the Locksmith arrived and re-keyed our locks with no complications.
