Very bad customer service. Matt told me that he said that all my car keys had to be present in order to properly program my car. He said no such thing. He then offered to do it again at a cost of a minimum of $100 after already charging me $162 to make and copy the key the first time. He told me that was a minimum charge and that no one would do it for cheaper. Then I called another locksmith. $45 to program they key. If you want good customer service and a locksmith that informs you correctly about the service being provided go to California Locksmith Security Solutions, 1018 N Tustin Ave, Anaheim, CA 92807. I'm very unsatisfied. The owner should redo it for me free of charge. This is unacceptable.

Tl;dr: Spare I got made didnt work. Place inside the swap meet made me one that did for $4I came here maybe 6 months ago. Needed a spare house key. Got it made. Months went by before I actually had to use it since it was a spare. Well the day I decided to use it, it didnt work. I was locked out. Had to get my gf to come and open it for me. Thought it might've been the lock so I went to the swap meet and got another one made to see if that key would work. It worked, and so do my other two originals. So idk why the copy they made doesnt work; the grooves seem to match. But I guess I'll just be going somewhere else. I never bothered to contact them bc so much time had passed and no longer had the receipt.

As a realtor with listings, it's very important that my lockbox keys work! I only get my keys cut here because that's what they do right every time! I've had Home Depot/Lowe's keys that did not work because they were cut on some generic machine that was not sharp.

These guys are crooks I went there to make a key and the guy there had a bad attitude and then he tried to charge me $8.95 for one key. I would have just done it there if I needed 1 key but I needed 15 of them. Went down the street and got all 15 for less than $20 at Home Depot.

Bought keys for my truck here and had them programmed and the key failed and lost sync with the vehicle. I took the keys back and they told me i screwed up the key somehow and its my fault. The key has a chip inside that can not be removed! How is it my fault the key failed! They told me that it worked when i left and they will not fix it! What a joke of a business! Disrespectful employee who works at this store. I would rather travel 30 miles to another lock smith before i spend 1 dollar at this lock smith.
