Trevor was super responsive to email and was able to complete my project within 3 days after intial contact, but he could've done it sooner if I was available. When he came to change out my lock cylinder on a 1950's mortise lock, the whole job took about an hour. He left, I have a working front door and two new keys! I'm not too sure about price competitiveness, but I did talk to a few other locksmiths and his prices were competitive. When I need my other door rekeyed, I'll definitely call Trevor!
