Ridiculously overpriced. The tech charged $35 for each lock that was replaced (I had my own hardware). I needed 7 doors done (he charged for 13 since some were 2 pieces) and I needed it in a hurry, as I was dealing with evicting squatters. I spent $474 for something that should have been less than half of that. On top of that, the front door handle was drilled and installed crooked. Now, I need to take it apart, re-drill, and plug the mistake. They saw I needed it done quickly and bent me over. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
