A client of the firm I work for had asked if we knew of any 'real' locksmith to help her unlock something she'd lost the key to. I had gone to Kwik Key several years ago for replacement car keys and was very pleased with their service, so I recommended them. The client came back today and told us that Kwik Key was wonderful and to thank me for the recommendation. She said they were very helpful and pleasant in taking care of her and that the price was very reasonable. Kwik Key did a great job and I get to bask in the reflected glory and take a little credit for helping her out, which makes MY service more valuable to our client. Today I needed a couple of keys, One for my car and misc keys for other things. Keys appear to be working fine.My ONLY, and BIG concern..is that when employee had to enter my car to program THAT key, I really would have appreciated if she would have communicated to me that she would need to go in my car, ( a little warning or permission) would have made me less anxious, especially during this time of the Corona-Virus pandemic. Let's all be considerate to one another and sensitive to one another. I don't know if I could have turned the key, etc. so this key could be programmed, not sure, but again..ASKING ME, would have been appreciated, so that I could have express my concerns about someone entering my car. :/

Just came here because I thought I lost the key to my trailer. Turns out the lock was just filthy, and after lubricated one of the keys on my key ring worked just fine. The locksmith refused to let me pay her for getting my key to work again.

We called the office for service on our front door handle. The person who answered the phone was very professional and informative and quoted me a rough estimate over the phone. The technician arrived at our home in a timely manner the same day and completed the repairs just under the price I was quoted. Brought in a couple transponder keys that I had the blanks for to get them cut. They didn't want to accept liability if those eBay keys didn't work so they just did it for free with no guarantee. All the keys work great! Can't beat that level service and they did it in 3 minutes! Obviously their customer service is as good as it gets!
