Brian was a Great Locksmith. Didnt give up and even when it got dark and could see by only flashlight. My Dog was locked in my Freightlinear Casadia. A tough fight after 2hours.

I have used them twice. Consistent workers, they are good communicators and always make the key fast. We used them to make keys for our car and the second set I had made was done within hours on the same day. Worth your time and money to call them.

This guy pulled up in a personal car trying to pry my window openmy window and failed but coincidentally another place or company pulled up and help me themselves for free while this guy walked away sad because he failed that was very unprofessional and I will never call this place again in my life I hope he does not do drugs because it kind of looks like it

These guys are awesome. I had a really difficult situation with my car. Not usual at all. There is really no one in Palmdale area that would/could work on a Mercedes. I called these guys late night, and was reassured they could get the job done. I have AAA coverage, they sent 3 different drivers out with NO success. Oz came out, got the job done in about 30 minutes. Not once did he even give me the impression he could not do it, or would give up. I highly recommend Oz Lock and Key to everyone. From the get go, the were friendly, calm, helpful, professional and courteous.

Terrible service. Showed up late. Damaged my door lock to my house. I have been asking constantly for a receipt for services which he promised me and has yet to deliver. Please dont waster your time

Showed up in a regular car with his girlfriend driving and smelling like alcohol. Tried charging me $200 cash to unlock my door, I refused and asked for a receipt. He didn't have his card reader so he took my card information and said he 'had to run when he got to the shop'. Now I'm dealing with fraudulent charges on my card the very next day. Don't use these guys. I'll be reporting them ASAP.

Unprofessional, he was late for my appointment and never gave a courtelsy call to inform me, I had to call and check in, when he arrived he never introduced himself and was smoking in my garage.it took him 1 and half hours to finish h and didn't have a receipt or invoice. I even had to pick up the keys from the ground. so after he was done I felt uncomfortable with his work enough to call another company, Desert Lock and co. They did the same job in 15 minutes and charge me $25 less.

If you need a locksmith in the Antelope Valley, look no further. James is a highly competent locksmith. You might have to leave a message, but it is worth it. Helped me open an old safe when no one else would.

Called them Friday they never came out called back they say I'm coming no show then late night said be here never came its Saturday and they still not here I have A 4 month baby in home and disabled I don't see why they would keep putting me off it's a 24 hour service its after 10 am called again said we coming first at 2 am they said be there before 10 an its 10 .15 called back said we coming I really believed in them by reviews its unprofessional and a disappointment I'm just a sitting duck like if they dont care about my car just spitting cost me 40 dollars to get someone to take me to store and today another 20 to get baby medicine I'm so upset but said to God fix this and fix then and their hearts to know its wrong what they doing which is lied to.me over and over and I'm still giving them a chance and they not here it's only 35 minutes away I go to Lancaster California and Palmdale twice a week it's not far from where I'm at no excuses

They were very unprofessional Lock smith so they say showed up to my house with a cigarette, no tools and looked like a bumb. When asked for company id he refused to show and was very rude to my mother and husband and had the nerve to pick up and leave I will never recommned them to anybody i knowSuper unprofessional and not worth the time

I lost my car key and I was horrified when the dealership told me how much it was going to cost me.... I called Oz and within 20 minutes they were at my house with a new key and they did all the service on site with the tools to program it to my vehicle. It cost me less than a fraction of the price the dealer had quoted me.The techintion was very promt, friendly, and professional. I would recommend Oz Lock and Key to anyone and everyone !

BEWARE My wife called this locksmith he did not answer is phone for 3 hours he was late 2 hours her office beware beware beware he overcharges he charges $15 a lock and $65 for an office fee I have never paid that much in my life for a lock change beware beware beware do not use him and less you have a lot of money to spend
