I lost my carkey they came out went above and beyond helping get my key made . They had taken time to get the code for my key even after dealerships were closed made my key in a short time and I have me on my way they are very good business men very polite and work with you! Hands down best locksmith I have ever had come across 5 stars doesn't do this company justice!! Thank you guys for your time and efforts and making me able to get home to my babygirl and made sure I am able to go to work in morning I am truly thankful for you guys!!!

These guys were the best!! They were the ONLY locksmith that was available and first to respond and hurry out to give me roadside assistance. They worked EXTREMELY hard to get into my car (which turned out to be ridiculously difficult to break back into and re-key) they worked well past after business hours and absolutely did not give up on it until they had me fully taken care of, and at a very reasonable price. I cant thank them enough for everything they did to help me out!

Joe and Valerie were able to come out within 20 minutes and were very friendly and kind! They worked quickly as team and were able to get the job done in a little under 30 minutes. GoKey Locksmiths provides excellent service. My spare key fob broke and I took it in for repair. It turns out some of the pieces were missing, but Matt replaced the batteries free of charge, and luckily it still worked. I highly recommend them for any of your key/lock needs because they will get the job done. Other than being super informative and knowledgeable, they are also very friendly!

We needed some house keys copied and the key me kiosk is a rip off but luckily Joe at GoKey was able to help us out. I was able to stop by their location, met some beautiful pups and hung out with them while my keys were being made. Great service cool guys. I have an old saab and its impossible to find people who know what they are doing with it. I took it to another lock smith and after three visits they were only able to cut one side of the key. Gokey was great i showed up he took a look at the key and got it done.

My mom locked her keys in the trunk of her car and was stranded at the traffic circle, Id heard great things about GoKey but boy are people wrong... GoKey isn't great. GoKey is AMAZING! They were right on time, and had my mom back into her car in less than 10mins. The price I paid was actually cheaper than what was quote over the phone too. You can tell they are very passionate about the work they do and are more focused on doing the job right and taking care of the customer than filling their pockets by overcharging people. The Matt, Phil and Joe so personable, professional, & most importantly honest... not to mention funny and devastatingly handsome! Next time I need a locksmith I won't even hesitate... GoKey is the only way to go!

Lost my house keys and didn't know who to call so went online and read the reviews and the only consistent 5 star ratings was from GoKey here in Long Beach. I called a spoke with Matt who was as friendly as a pup. Very polite and quick to respond to my call. Within 15 minutes Clay called and stated he'd be at my place within 10-15 minutes and he wasn't kidding. In the past other locksmiths could have cared about my time! It was all about them. Clay was kind, respectful, friendly and didn't try and up sale any products. One could tell he loved what he was doing. I'd hire GoKey again in a hearts beat.
