My mechanic connected me with Mike after my car wouldn't start. He was able to fix my car's lock on the next day. Since then it has been working fine. One of my dashboard lights was still on afterwards, so I called him again. It was a little hard to get hold of him and to get my receipt for the job, but it was also during Corona times. In the end it worked out for me. Mike is a cool and skilled guy.

Michael is very unprofessional, he has been in posession of my boyfriends car key for nearly a month, has not kept his word in going to put his vehicle back together so that we can have it towed to another place that can work on it. Currently his car is sitting in the lot of another business, taking up their space, we need to get it out, but can't move it with out the key that is in Michaels posession, my bf has txt Numerouse times, has also called Numerouse times, and he LACKS decent professionalism to return calls or txt and just take that little bit of time to put the car back together that he opened up, and just give back the car key so we can get it moved. I have NEVER encountered such unprofessionalism, and Lack of communication.

Only honest locksmith in Long Beach. They quote you a price and stick to it. Arrive quickly are nice don't start trying to change prices on you don't need an inflatable to bend your door frame just pick the lock and go. Thank you guys so so so so so much for being honest in a cesspool of 1800 scams .

Came an hour late, then left for two hours and proceeds to try and give me a key with an FOB that doesnt work, he try and reassure me that my car needed to wake up to use it. When I asked if I would be able to get a replacement key if it didnt work in a couple of days he began to get rude and inquire how many lock smiths did and I call and that he gave me the best price . He originally gave me two quotes $96 for just the key $126 for the key with fob. Why would I pay $126 if the fob doesnt work especially without Guarantee that it would be fixed . he called me a liar, claimed that my car was broken, when that was never an issue with my previous fob . I refused service . I will not recommend them to anyone .

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Dont go to this place they will change the price on you when they get there. Gave me no receipt and very disrespectful to me and my wife. Didnt do the job right the first time took 5 hours to come back after lying about every 30 min saying it would be 30 min. Stopped answering the phone when I was ready to call police they finally showed up.

Called them to make a key. they said be there in 1 hour. 3 hours later they show up. work on it for 1 hour, complain it should cost $800 to make the key. decide it is 5pm and they wont finish it til tommorrow leaving us stranded. do not use them they are late, rude and dishonest.

They are very unprofessional, i had them come out to work on my truck an the first time they couldnt program the key fob to my truck so the next day they send Hugo (nice guy) an he was to deprogram my alarm an he does the job but still didnt work had to call again an wait another day to come an fix it, Hugo comes back thr next day fixes the issue now a few days later it happens again, truck wont start so i call back an the owner Big Mike wants to keep avoiding saying hes gonna come back the next day an the next day for 3 months now an just yesterday he finally answers the phone an says im going to help you out an try an program a key fob an yet again he avoids me answers other numbers but ignores mine lol so nothing will change my review unless you get back to me 'Big Mike' ill be waiting you have my number or ill continue to tell the story of how your brother tried to threatin me as well im tired fix my stuff an call it a day

I have had an amazing customer service experience with this guy Mike!! He is super high-tech and he was able to get my key cut in 2-3 minutes and programmed in 3-4 minutes. Overall 10 minutes and I have had my new car remote key!!I recommend it. Price is reasonable and they are comfortable working with you.

Heloh drove out to me and made me a new key for my 2003 Honda and coded the key to the car for $120. The Honda dealer said I had to tow the car there for them to do the job and they were going to charge me $300. Heloh was fast, professional, affordable and very easy.

I have never called a locksmith and I didn't even know where to start. But I got this number from ACE hardware store and I am extremely thankful they did. I called them and immediately got a response, they were friendly and got to me in a matter of minutes. They came in did the key and we're gone. Lost all the keys to my vehicle and they made me a new one on site in about an hour. I shopped around and they had the best price. Was quoted 75 but the tech only charged me 65. Only complaint was took him a while to get there which I understand they are busy but just tell me how long. 1 hour=2.5 hours, 10 minutes= 30 minutes type situation.

Heloh is a master locksmith; not just some guy who copies keys. If you want to see someone who takes passion in their work, pay him a visit. Most of the small car dealerships in the area use his services which says a lot. My '96 Mercedes was having issues with its ignition. I stopped by his shop and rather than doing a 'quick-fix' job, he took the time to find the root of the problem and solved it.Save yourself the headache and time; pay him a visit!

Horrible!!. Worst experience yet. The only reason I give this 1 star is to be able to post my review. Lets start off with bad customer service. I called to get a quote on a Toyota Venza key fob, spoke to Michael and he assured me that he would get the job done same day for $180, he told me he had many people ahead but he will get to me, rudely cut me off and didnt even asked for my name or address. I agreed and told him I didnt mind waiting and that I will be waiting for his call, 4 HOURS LATER! , I had no calls from him and decided To give him a call to check on his status, when a guy by the name of Armando answers and tells me that they were closed and no longer taking any more jobs. I asked to speak to Michael and he said that he will be giving me a call within 45min and that is his brother and he gave me a wrong quote. Price is going to be $250 and I had to wait til the next day. Michael called me and starts arguing with me and confusing me with another customer that I had no clue what he was talking about. At this point Im over this whole thing. And decided I did not want any service from unprofessional people. But they insist on calling me and texting me, insulting me through text. All this at 8:30pm ! I waited all afternoon, stop doing other important stuff to get my car key and be able to go to work the next day . But that did not happen thanks to these rude, lying , unprofessional guys. I do not recommend them at all.!!!!!!!
