GO ELSEWHERE!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I will never use them again. Do your research people! $85 Dealership part cost me almost $700 to replace!!! ----I lost my truck keys and had their locksmith show up to make me a new one. Sean (his name) confirmed i needed a new ignition key and door key & ended up paying $673 for everythingso overpriced!! After I went to use the key myself it didn't work. We called AAA and they couldn't even open the door themselves. SEAN never came back the next day after making an appointment with him at 11AM. I called 5 times and no one could get a hold of him. After he called at almost 5pm, he asked me again what was the matter. After I explained i couldn't open the door he replied 'I didn't touch the door.' My reply was So, you're not even going to drive over to check it?? You'll telling me this over the phone?? I told him this is unacceptable. How can i use a key that works every other day?! I mentioned i would have to dispute it----- he replied 'You can try.' and hung up. They did not cooperate at all! Saying they couldn't do anything about it.

Owner was very helpful, i brought my own keys that i bought on ebay, however they didn't work. Mr was kind enough to sell me one of his keys and wave the fee for cutting my other key, didn't get exactly what i wanted but je was able to give me a solution since my key was falling apart, long story short im leaving with a key that is new and only charged $45,

Sean was great! He showed up 10 minutes after I called, and literally opened my door in about 30 seconds. He charged a exactly what he quoted and was super affordable. He even added in a spare key to prevent me from locking myself out again and had a battery for my remote that was only $5 extra bucks. Amazing service! Thank you

I BROKE MY ONLY CAR KEY IN HALF. It was an old 2004 carolla key.The gentleman that helped me over the phone was extremely nice. Brought it to him and he agreed that it looked in had shape and would be hard to remake or repair. He took about 5 minutes and eyeballed it to the best of his ability and THE KEY WORKS!! BRING ALL YOUR KEY BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE!!! seriously

My car battery completely died & my car was locked. I called these guys & Sean picked up the phone. I told him my situation & he immediately told me he can help me right over the phone! To my knowledge I didnt know my remote key housing had an actual key inside. Sean assured me their was an emergency key right in the housing. & sure enough there was! Seems like an honest man & very attentive to your situation. Hopefully I never have a future event where Im locked out of my car but if I do Im definitely calling these guys.

I called Advanced Lock & Key on a Saturday morning and within the hour they arrived to my location to work on my car. They were so fast and very professional and friendly. Not only did they make me a new key, they also helped jump start my car which I really appreciate!!! I had a great experience.

I purchased a used truck from a dealer and unfortunately it only came with one key & remote. It was a different make vehicle from the dealership I purchased it from so they didn't have access to additional keys. Of course I called the Toyota dealership to find out how much 2 additional keys & an additional remote would cost to purchase and program. Ouch is all I can say. I called the dealer back that I purchased my truck from and they referred me over to Sean at Advanced Lock & Key. Sean was willing to come to me but I was already near by. The truck I have is tricky to program especially if it had more than 1 previously programed keys in the system. Of course mine did. I wanted 3 keys & 2 remotes. Sean & his brother have so much combined experience that they were able to clear my trucks computer memory and program all 3 keys & 2 remotes. They were polite, helpful, fast at what they do & most of all cost effective. I would highly recommend Advanced Lock & Key. I have had to program keys in the past & only the dealership was able to do it. Now I know better. They will defiantly have my business again.

BAD SERVICE!!! Called ahead to see if they could come out and make a key for a car that I had lost the key for. They said it would be faster if I just gave them the vin Number and they would have it waiting for me right away if I came and picked it up. I told them I was a Dealer, and asked what I needed to bring. They told me to bring the Title. I drove to Santa Ana which took about 30 minutes. Showed up at a run down looking shop, went in and they had no idea who I was, and the key wasn't waiting. The owner came out and looked at the paperwork I brought with, ( I brought the Title AND Registration) and he said if its not in my name they can't help me. Are you kidding? I explained all this to you on the phone. I'm a Dealer, and we don't put cars in our name. He was Extremely rude. Could have gained a valuable customer. Anyways huge waste of time HORRIBLE customer service. Plenty of other Locksmith companies, I recommend staying away from this one.

Drove by to have two Honda keys cut only to find out they wanted to charge almost twice what Hardin Honda charges for the same service. The representative blathered something about security - I can't imagine that their security is any higher than an authorized dealer service department. Also I know the machine to cut Honda ignition keys is expensive, just don't try to make it up on the first few customers.

I called this place because I lost the keys to my car and when I called they told me they could help me. I was told I needed my husband to be present because the vehicle was not registered under my name. The guy on the phone said to text him my address and gave me the pricing of $95 if the key didn't have a chip. I told him my husband would get home at 5 and he replied with it being fine because they close at 6. I texted him the address around 3 and once again told him my husband would be home at 5, he replied 'ok'. I called again at 6 because no one arrived. A different guy answered and asked if my husband was home already, I replied yes and asked if they were still going to come. He told me they would be there in the next 45 minutes, it now 8 in the night and no one ever showed up. I am very disappointed, upset, and angry because instead of wasting my time, they could have told me they were not going to show up. I could have looked for someone else to do the job. I would not even give it one star, but it won't let me post without one

Sherwin came out right away after we could not find our key anywhere for our Toyota Camry Hybrid. He charged a very reasonable price and was fast and efficient. He is very friendly and we will be having him make a second key for us very soon. My wife wrote this. But I liked him not just because he was such a nice guy but because he charged me less than half of the $465 the Toyota dealer was going to charge for a new smart key, and program it. I called him about 6:00 on a Friday night and he came out immediately and took about 30 minutes to complete the work. 'Beware of Liars business owners over the internet who wana charge double the price for their service and then for any reason if you cancel the service over the phone even right away or dnt want it, they ask you to pay the service charges. That happened to me'.So Today 01/16 i went to this ADVANCED lock smith shop and called the number posted on the glass door and person told me that he work with appoinments but if i can wait he will be there and no service charges what so ever.He arrived quick to the shop and checked my Dodge caliber '10 . I already had a key fob but wanted to cut and program.This gentle man cut and programmed my key in less than 20 minutes and charged me a very reasonable and fair price. I would highly recommend this person name 'Shaun' who helped me and made my day. 100% satisfied with the price, service and professionalism of this business owner. God bless him. I am very happy and its a must go place again in future!!!

Manager was rude and rushed me out of the shop for asking questions. I was talking to a locksmith working the front desk about possibly getting my car keys replaced and apparently I asked too many questions because the manager came out and asked me to leave. I will never come here again.
