Save your stuff and your sanity -- DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE. La Gondola Shoe Repair lost my favorite purse which I brought in for repair. Obviously they gave it away to someone else or maybe it's lost somewhere inside their disorganized shop, but rather than admit fault they tried to gaslight me, claiming that I had already picked it up despite the fact that I clearly still have the ticket. When I came back multiple times to check for the bag (which I absolutely would not bother to do if I actually had it) they responded very rudely, yelling at me and inviting me to take them to small claims court. I've since seen the owner get in screaming fights with multiple customers. This is not a business that takes care of your property. Don't trust them with anything.

Called ahead to make sure they were open during the holiday weekend (never know!). They were, answered the phone immediately and said to come on in. Walked in to the nostalgic smell of shoe polish from when I was a kid. Had to get a few keys copied and was helped right away with suggestions for different colors to help distinguish and all that. Took all of five minutes and it was additionally so wonderful to see the other guys working intently on the shoe repairs. In all easily half the price of the other big box hardware joints and such a pleasant experience. Definitely coming back for other repairs and the like in the future.

Don't know about their shoe work, but great place for a quick key cut! I came here after getting a horrible, unusable copy from one of those automated key copy machines. They were faster, friendlier and half the price of the dang machine!
