I misplaced the fob for my SUV and had to get a new one, which required programming. I was referred to Elie's Lock and Key by our mechanic. Thankfully, Arthur was so nice and helpful to get me going with a new one right away! I brought my car in at 11am and he had it finished by noon. The pricing was very reasonable, and he was kind and friendly to me. I very much appreciate his professionalism and will go back if i need anything. *****

This is a great Lock Shop! What a great variety of inventory, just about anything you can imagine associated with locks. Very friendly, and very well-trained. He fixed my lock while he was standing there talking to me. Reasonable prices, and he got the job done right. I highly recommend them!

My family and I have been going here for 30 years.Seems like since Elie sold the place few years back they are not the same. They are very rudeI had them come out and replace some locks 3 months ago and paid $136 and today had them out to change the exact same locks and guy handed me an invoice for $200. I called the main office and the gentlemen was very ride and said pay the man what he wants. NEVER GOING BACK...

What a pleasure it was to have a technician (I think it was Arthur) give me a complete estimate over the phone based on what I described the problem to be. He arrived at my house within 15 minutes and had the repair with a part replacement done in another 15 minutes - all for the original price quoted; no surprises and no hidden scams. The service fee was a bit higher than what others quoted, but ultimately my invoice ended up less than half of what my other on-site (lower service fee) estimate had quoted, and did not get the work. I appreciate honesty and integrity; with loyalty - Elie's is my 'Go To' for locksmiths! Thank You
