I lost the keys to my storage unit. The lock that I have is the disk lock so I know that it will be extremely difficult to remove it. I called Locksmith at your Door and the technician came out to meet me at the public storage in North Hollywood. He had to damage the lock in order to get it open. It was fun to watch and he was able to get it open and quoted me a pretty reasonable price. I got quoted higher from other companies so I was happy to pay. I will make sure to keep spare keys for my locks in the future.

I had an emergency lockout where my keys were locked in my trunk. I first called AAA, but when they came over they could not open the trunk of my car, just the passenger door which didnt help. I ended up doing a quick google search for locksmith near me. I was stuck in Torrance area. That is how I found the you guys and you came right away and got the trunk open. The price was very honest especially for being so late at night and the technician was friendly and made me laugh even though I was in a bad mood. I was so happy and gave the technician a tip for being so great. So once again thanks for everything and for being such a professional company when I was in a bad place. I definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family that need a locksmith!

I was locked out of my house because my lock got jammed. I did a quick search and found this locksmith company. Locksmith at your Door came to my home quickly and opened the door that I tried 1 hour to get into! I asked them if they can fix the lock as well so it wont happen again. He fixed it with his special tools and got me inside. Im happy with the service and the technician and will definitely reach out if I need a locksmith near me again.

Best Locksmith service in town. This is the third time I used a locksmith in my life and this company by far is my favorite. I had a fantastic experience with Locksmith at your Door. The technician was fun and friendly and made locking myself out of my car not feel as bad as it was. He was kind and understanding, he gave me a better price then the last two companies that helped me get back into my car. Just all around good service. Friendly, professional, affordable and kind. Wow wow wow! I had the most horrible day of my life! My job was effected from Covid, my car wouldn't start on my way home, my coworkers were all not talking to eachother bc of some mix up and on top of that I get home and I see that someone broke into my house. Thank goodness they didn't take anything but it's a huge violation of privacy and I felt extremely uneasy! I needed a locksmith to change all my locks bc I could not deal with knowing someone can just break in so easily! I found this company Locksmith at your Door and right away they sent out a technician. He changed all my locks and showed me how they worked and exactly what he did. The technician could tell I was a mess and besides for doing a fine job on my locks he sat me down, told me to calm down and explained to me that things in life happen and to just stay positive. I know he had another job to go to but he wanted me to understand. The way he spoke to me was so caring, I know this has nothing to do with the service I received for the locks but I need the world to know that this technician put a smile on my face when everything seemed like the end. He lifted my spirits with his wisdom and that is worth every penny in the world.

What a CRAZY day! I was leaving my house to go to work and my door knob broke. I was able to open the door but it would not close and not lock! There is no way I was comfortable to leave with my front door not closing. I have had a break in before and I do NOT want it to happen again. I called several companies nearby but it was early in the morning. I'm saying like 5/6am! I had a few companies answer but they didn't have a technician available. I found this wonderful company and they were able to send over a technician to my house in North Hollywood. The technician, I think his name was Andy or Anthony (so sorry if I butchered the name) was extremely kind to me and explained to me what happened to the lock and how it just fell apart. He offered to fix the lock for a cheaper price but I told him I just wanted a new lock all together. he installed for me a brand new lock. The whole process took less then 45 mins (and I mean from the time I called till the time he got there, did the lock replacement, me paying and him leaving) so it was pretty quick and I was only 5 mins late for work. (my boss didn't even notice) Anyways cudos to a lovely company with kind staff a quick and responsible technician who I know I can count on. I saved their number in my phone cause I think I will replace all the locks in my home eventually, they are old and I don't want them falling apart like my front door lock did.

If I could give more stars I would. Lost a couple keys today and was freaking out about changing all of my locks. I called Locksmith at your Door and they came to my house within 5 minutes. This guy was great! He came after an hour and a half (all other ones gave me a 5-hour window) !I needed fresh installation done so he made new holes on my doors and put in new locks... and then he painted the doors beautifully ! His work was efficient and professional ! Totally recommend !!!

I am very happy with The technician that came to my home and rekeyed all the locks. Michael and his staff were so professional. The prices was half of what I was quoted by another company that came to see the locks so just that in itself was great, but just the friendly technician and the job done quick and the right way was worth it for me. I feel safe in my home now that I know all my locks are rekeyed and me and my wife are the only ones with the keys. This locksmith service was a great experience.
