Ive been here before and the guy does good work. However, I went today 15 minutes before his posted closing time and when I got there another couple had arrived as well. And he had already closed up shop. If you are post a time that you close at least stick to it. What a waste of time.

Arrived on time, 20 minutes after quoting me a price over the phone. I was impressed given that I live 15 minutes away from their shop. The locksmith did the job quickly and even made me duplicates then and there for 5$. By far the cheapest quote I got (300$ less than the Acura dealer's quote). They made losing my only set of keys as painless as possible.

This is a great company!! I had to use different locksmiths in the past which has always been a dread because they try to charge you more than what you are quoted, get there late, etc.I had the pleasure of working with a Miguel from the shop and he was very polite and professional when it came to helping me out. He knew what he was doing, had a friendly demeaner about him and did not try to over charge me at all! Hopefully I will not need their services in the near future but if so, I will definitely call on M&E Locksmith to take care of the job! Very honest and respectful locksmith! I went to another locksmith and was charged higher prices, and said I needed to fix my ignition switch. I went to them for a second opinion and was very satisfied! The guy was honest and told me it was not my ignition switch.

A horrible business who doesn't understand what a set time is. When called had stated that in 30-40 minutes would arrive on location but instead of doing that decides to come way earlier than stated and when he arrived no one was there and as a result refused to answer calls. After waiting an hour and a half for him at the location and at the time he stated, he responded with a text that said he doesn't have time to be fooling around and that if we wanted the job to be completed, he was going to now charge $160 for the two trips he had to make. After a bit of arguing I simply gave in due to the amount of time wasted and urgency to want a new key to open up the company car. I am only writing this review so that people can know what type of business this person conducts with people and I hope next time he learns how to arrive on time as stated and not try to pull extra money out of people due to his mistakes. In the future, I will look elsewhere if the same issue arises and need a local locksmith to help me out.
