He opened my bedroom door in 5 seconds. I couldnt believe it. The guy that came the night before couldnt do it with the lock picks and Anthony came and was LITERALLY done in 5 seconds. Im so grateful.

Charged me hundred and twenty to open a bathroom style lock! This is ridiculous. My husband charges that much to fix appliances! He saw that I'm desperate to get back into my apartment, so he just decided to charge me a bank. They also don't waive service call even if you accept the repair. On the phone, they were very misleading and told me that the fee to come out is only twenty which made me think that their prices are reasonable. But, nope. Never again will I call them for anything and will make sure that everyone in my building knows.UPDATE: they gave me partial refund to remove my yelp review. However, when technician came to give me a refund, he started bullying and harassing me and didnt want to hand me the money. All these was happening accompanied by insulting and rude hand gestures. He was also demanding me to change my review to 5 stars, which I made very clear on the phone that Im not going to do. Please save yourself nerves and dont use them. There are plenty of other professional locksmith around
