So I called because I locked myself out of my apartment and the ladies over the phone were really nice and quick to give pricing. They said it was $25 for the visit and $40-$50 for a cheap apartment lock which is what I have. So I told them to set it up. The lock smith looks at my lock & right away says its going to be $175.00 to pick the lock. I was shocked. I told him that was MORE THAN DOUBLE of what the lady over the phone said. (I dont think theres much communication between the ladies at the office and the lock Smiths clearly) I told him that was a lot of money if there was anything he can do. Right away he started to give attitude rolling his eyes shrugging his shoulders making it uncomfortable and even my friends noticed he was being rude then said he can ask the owner and texted for awhile then said he can do $125.00 Anyway long story short he couldnt pick the lock! he kept face timing the owner Im assuming for help. so the alternative was to break the knob. So theres a hole on my door where the knob is supposed to be because he said it would be $300.00 if I wanted a new knob....which is outrageous. I basically paid $125.00 for him just to break my knob & leave nothing there. Just a hole. He did not want to work with me on the price and I was super disappointed. Honestly Would not recommend. Rip off.

Great service! They got my door situated very quickly. The door had an issue with key getting stuck, but it works perfect now! Definitely recommend.

We requested their services a week prior for an eviction job and no one showed up on the day of the eviction, which is TODAY. Our agent called them and said they didn't have anything scheduled for today. I called them myself and the same lady that I spoke to three times last week said she doesn't have anything scheduled for us today and that this was the first time they're hearing about it. I spoke to her three times because I provided her the name and number of the agent who would be at the property to meet their tech, and also to confirm mode of payment. I give them a star for having a tech out in 20min to do what we requested them to do a week ago. We're just thankful the sheriff didn't cancel the eviction and we'd have to pay their sheriff fees again to come back out.

Bad service, ended up costing $110 more than quoted. Scam. I lost my keys so I needed one made today. I called this dispatch service and they said it was $15 service fee and $150 to make the key. First they asked me what kind of car I had. I said 2005 ford escape. Which needs a chip and programming. The guy shows up and says its $275 dollars.He said it was because my car needed a chip and programming, I didn't argue. But when he made the key with out the chip yet, my car started. Someone had bypassed the chip system so I only needed a regular key. The guy said it was still 275 and not 150. I said I didnt need the chip. He said because of the car I had it was 275. I would agree but I didnt get nor need the chip or programming but still had to pay for it. I agued my point for about 30 seconds then gave up after calling the dispatch service that now told me that the 150 was the starting fee. I told them I didnt need the chip and they said it still depended on the car and type of key.They didnt tell me up front that the 150 was the starting fee. They asked me what type of car before they gave me a price.Anyway, its best to bypass the dispatch service. Don't call these guys. Better to call a locksmiths business number and not these guys.

I wanted to hang some selves and build a dresser but i did not have the tool nor the time to do this. I needed this done as soon as possible so I contacted Jerry The Handyman and I they came that same day. They came and did the job in an hour which was great because i thought it would have taken them longer to do. Overall they did an amazing job I would definitely use them again.
