Car keys direct was referred to us by 1 hour locksmith. They were able to fit us in the same day for a van key replacement. Robert and Dustin showed up and got right to work. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. Our van was fixed shortly after they started. I would highly recommend them!

Called Robert of Car Keys Direct on Monday, told him that I needed a key fob for my new car, He ordered the OEM key fob for me, the very next day he came out to my house, programmed it and cut the key in like 20 mins, after he was done he gave me the key fob so I can make sure everything worked fine with it and I was very happy with it ,and he charged me less than what he quoted me, which btw was around 150 cheaper than what the stealership quoted me for. Ok so, fast, cheap, friendly, and convenient, definitely calling Robert again if I need another key made, Thank you

Robert was great! He gave me the option to drive to his house so he can reprogram my 2011 Town and Country and he did it for a really good price. He also offers an option to come to your location for a little bit more. Fast and professional. All the buttons work on my cheap replacement I bought from eBay. If I ever need help with car keys again, I'm definitely going to him.

I called Robert in the morning and he gave me a solid up front quote over the phone on the spot -- Much cheaper than car dealer and much cheaper than some other locksmith who would not quote me until he had a sense of what the dealer was charging.Robert was at my parking garage within the hour, cut the key, and programmed it to my car.Service was prompt and professional. I would suggest either not doing business with this company, or requiring him to quote you prices and details of the work he is going to do before he does it. Make sure you understand exactly what he is going to do before you agree to a price. You may be surprised once he's done. He was deceptive about price and would have charged twice what I was charged last year for the same job. I tried to speak with him but he had little interest in seeing my point (that he should've told me he was going to charge me twice as much for the key I thought we were discussing). This felt like a bait-and-switch.

Lost my car key. Was looking at having to waste hours driving to a GM dealership that had a laser key cutter (not all do and GM is currently on strike so cant even order keys right now) and pay 150-200$ for the pleasure. Instead I called CKD, Robert met me at my home with his mobile van and had me on my way in 15 minutes! Price was up front and less then the dealership wanted. I didnt have to leave the house, 5 stars thank you!.
