The locksmith wasnt going to charge me because my certain key to my lock doesn't always duplicate correctly. I really appreciated the gesture, but I paid him the $2-$3 because I didn't want to come back to pay the $2-$3 if it worked. So very honest and I will be using them in the future. Also I went to lowes first, but both their machines couldn't copy my key, this locksmith was able to.

Nice getting a key made by an actual person and not a machine. Price was low and had 2 keys made in less than a minute. Would come all the time except traffic on sunrise is terrible on weekday afternoons

I had to come to this place twice & wasted $75 on a key that didn't work. Yes, I did bring in my own key (signed the waiver too) but as PROFESSIONAL Key makers they KNOW if a key is going to work or not. They won't warn you BUT they will take your money (of course). So as a warning, Call them ahead of time & ask if they carry that type of key & see what they say. I'm giving 3 stars because the 2nd key I had made worked like a charm. Thanks anyway.

Definitely over priced. Quoted $40/per to have car key (non security features) cut. I brought my own blanks. When I handed over the keys I was asked to sign a waiver that if the key won't work or causes damage to the ignition they're not liable. So if the key doesn't work, oh well? Their response was 'yep'. So I'd be out $80 & the cost of the blank key? 'Yep'.No thanks.

They will cut smart keys and charge 60.00 bucks. But they make you sign a waiver knowing full well that their keys won't work. When the keys don't work they won't stand behind their work. What a waste of time and money.

I had a cargo cover key that had broken in half. I original went to a different locksmith in Folsom to remake the key; but to no avail. They claimed they could not cut a new key since it was too unique and broken in half. I found Rancho Cordova locksmith on google maps, and thought I will try one more place. The locksmith found a key and spent a lot of time getting the key cut just right (brought my cargo cover with). After a good 1/2 hour or so of working the key, he made an exact match. Thank you so much for your time and patience! Even the customers who came after me were so nice and understanding.
