The Kiwi key kiosk was easy to use but out of the 2 copies it gave me, only 1 worked. I got one plain brass key and the other I chose the blue polka dot design because it was half off. Anyway, the brass copy worked fine but the polka dot designed one didnt; it kept getting stuck in the door. I emailed the support inbox and they gave me a refund.

I was told that I would receive a full refund back; however, I only received $100 back. First off, I was charged $650 for the technician to unlock the door. Before he did the job he didn't tell me how much it would cost which was something the man on the phone told me he would do. When it was time for me to pay, he said $650 and I was completely shocked! Then he started decreasing the total price by $100 increments like it was a game. I was devastated that a professional would do this to me! After he left, I called KeyMe and told them what happened. The man on the phone told me I would receive a full refund back; however, when I received a phone call later they told me they would only refund me $100. Bottom line, save yourself the trouble and don't even bother with this company.

Well, not only did their keys arrive a week later than promised, but they did't fit! They were very nice about refunding, but not a good product.
