Mike was awesome. I called and he came right away to help me with a locked bedroom door. The lock had something stuck in it but he was able to open it without drilling so that I didn't have to buy a new door knob and lock. He was very nice and reasonably priced. I called around and his was the lowest.

we unfortunately lost a family member Last week, and inherrited a house we needed to have the security updated on every door, not knowing whi had access previously. I reviewed several different companies in the area and Foothill had the quickest response and was able to quickly educate me on my options to the point that I was confident having them come out and do the job without needing to research any further.. Mike showed up in about an hour, exactly when promised. He texted me when he was on his way and communicated far above expectations. Mike reviewed the options with me and recommended replacing only the locks instead of the whole door handle which saved us some money and achieved the same goal. Had we wanted to swap out the hardware he had some beutiful options above and beyond what I have seen at Home Depot and Lowes. When allowing someone to tamper with your homes security, trust is a very important factor. Mike was very friendly, knowledgable, and trustworthy, and I felt very comfortable allowing him in my home and changing the locks. The service was professional and fast! It only took him about 20 minutes to change out all the locks. Everything works great and all the locks used are solid and high quality. He was very thorough and I feel like if needed I would be comfortable having him work on my place without me even being able to be there. Not to mention he seemed to have the most technologically advanced equipment in the form of a mobile workshop prepared to handle anything on the spot.Foothill Lock & Security is now our go-to locksmith. I highly recommend them, and will be reccomending them to friends and family.

These guys are on point. Mike cut and programmed two new keys for my wife's Escape. The keys work perfectly, and the price was unbeatable. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly. WOW!! $ Foothill lock&security they mad my car key less than 15 minutes and $60 cheaper than the Carlsbad Jeep dealer. Plus the Jeep dealer wanted me to drop the car off and leave it for the day. Mike was great with fast, efficient service.

I called AAA because I lost my keys and couldn't get into my car. To make things worse, the keyring to my 90's Honda Accord also had the key to the infamous 'Club' on the steering. Mike came out in less than an hour, was able to reprogram a new key for me, erase all the old key data (security and protection), test all the keys and complete the job in about 20 minutes. He was even able to get the club of with a lot of patience and skill. I feel very lucky that I was able to have this company out to my house. It's hard to trust a locksmith.

I would highly recommend. The tech that came out to my home was Sean he was very professional. I had a second key made, due to only having one original. The dispatcher was also very professional and dispatched a tech in a timely manner. The pricing is very reasonable, compared to other locations. If I would need assistance in the future I'd call these guys. Job well done and thanks for the timely service.

I called and talked to Moe. He was very Professional and informative. He came over to my house (in 20 min) and reprogrammed and cut keys for 2 of my vehicles. Took about 20 mins and was VERY inexpensive. If you need Locksmith service. Call these guys!

Luckily my experience was just getting extra keys made preventatively in case I lost my only copy. But Mike was super flexible with the timing in order to get them made sooner. And his prices were incredibly fair compared to the other companies that gave me ridiculous quotes to make and program a key. Especially if you are in a bind, don't worry too much about calling around because you have already found the right place.

Ok so, it's HOLIDAY WEEKEND... Mike gets on his horse to resolve my lost key situation. He calls and calls tons of places. He finally got a place that had a key... he heads out for it... and then, after all day looking for my car key... one last effort, I found where my Autistic son hid it. No CHARGE!!. 'Enjoy your weekend' Mike said. A++ on this guy. you get hate reviews because people are mad about their situation. I had Mike come up short on this situation but maybe this review is pay back.Mike is a good guy.

I called this company last week to come and make a key for my ford transit connect, before calling them I called dealer they said they cant make that key.it is special TB key and have to order it and it takes couple of day. that was my work van I couldn't wait that long.
