I lost the key to my car, keep in mind I was in a busy parking lot. Yet they still managed to help me with no problem. The helpful man got there faster than the ETA and finished with ease. He was kind enough to explain in detail what I needed and how to prepare for future accidents. More than fair pricing and great customer service. Definitely recommend

We were in a dire situation with an unfortunate loss for the family and then lost keys on top of that. I called at least 6 locksmiths. Some did not answer at all (and never returned messages even though it was around 1:30pm on Friday). I called B OK and Janelle answered immediately, was professional and kind and had no problem giving a solid quote over the phone which just happened to be at least $100 less than the other companies called. We set a same day appointment for between 3 and 4pm. Joe called 15 minutes before arriving, called when he arrived and all on time and as promised. He was very friendly, completely professional, made a couple of set of keys for us, no upcharges, no sales pitch and all for much less than the average locksmith in the valley. I have lived here in the Coachella Valley 21 years and I will absolutely recommend B OK Locksmith to anyone that needs their services. Thank you Janelle and Joe, you helped make a bad week a bit brighter.

Great service, i brought in a small safe key, and the locksmith didnt have the same size, but he still tries to duplicate with the smallest ones he has. He made 2 for me with no charge because he wasn't sure that it will work. But they work. Amazing service. Would recommend

Bob and his wife run a good shop and are customer satisfaction oriented. They did work on my remote key locks that did not result in the working order I wanted for the three of them. Sooooo late last night I locked my keys in my car while it was running! I didnt even think it was possible but it surely is haha. I gave them a call and they were out within 15 mins and had me on my way within 20 mins! I expected a bill of like $200 but they were actually really reasonable and affordable! I appreciate you guys coming out so late and saving me! Janel and Joe are so sweet and professional! 10 out of 10 rating! Would recommend to anyone who needs help with any kind of lock situation. While I had an automotive issue that Joe couldn't resolve, he went the extra mile to try to fix it. He spent a considerable amount of time on it and made a couple of phone calls for assistance. I sincerely believe he did all he could do. Like he said when I called, we'll take a look at it and we won't charge you a dime if we can't fix it. True to his word, he didn't. I called late on a monday and had an appt. early on a tuesday for a non emergency. The technician was awesome. Friendly, efficient, helpful and fast.
