I very much would recommend Abraham to anyone. I was stuck locked out of my car at a shell gas station which could be pretty embarrassing with people waiting in line for gas. He arrived quickly and had such a positive attitude. I've been told my car/door is older and more difficult to get open but he did it in less than a minute. All in all, his services and friendly 'get the job done' demeanor and professionalism are hard to find. Especially in the AV and by the looks of the reviews on here, others agree as well, someone get this man a raise!

Extremely fast arrival time. I was stranded at the dmv, of all places, because my ignition locked up. 30 minutes after i called Moran lock and key their tech was here. Pleasant personality and knowledgeable plus quick. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Highly recommend this company. Best service Ive had in a long time. Called on a Saturday morning and within an hour Abraham came and opened our broken locked French patio doors. He was carefull and very efficient fixed it in less than 1/2 an hour. Extremely grateful for finding such a pleasant and experienced individual to handle. Will be using their services going forward.

I recently bought a replacement key for my honda 1995 3 days ago and was told the first time i needed my ignition checked out for the key ...then the next day i had two keys made but wasnt shaped cut right to turn the car on then today he finally fixed the keys and then said he will charge me again for the door key since the ignition was swaped out and i believe the price i paid for was for the car door and the igition also but okay guess i have to pay again for something i already paid for the first time 3 days ago

I purchased a used car in Arizona that only came with one transponder key. The Ford stealership in Bullhead City wanted 55$ for a new key plus 122$ to program it. Bought my own key on ebay for 5$ and took it to a locksmith in Fort Mojave but they turned me away because I didn't buy my key blank from them. I went to Moran and they only charged me 35$ to program it. I then purchased two key fobs to be programmed and Moran's told me how to do it myself and at no charge!! Customer service doesn't get any better than Moran Lock & Key.

Being new to Palmdale and California and after purchasing a home I wanted to have the locks re keyed. I did a Google search and found Moran Lock and Key. Brandon rang my doorbell at the appointment time, introduced himself and in a very pleasant and professional manner took care of all my locks in very short order. He pointed out that one of my dead bolts had been installed upside down and promptly corrected that issue. I am happy to give Moran Lock and Key a five star rating for professional and reasonable service.

Horrible experience at this place, especially from the two young women who apparently are the owners. Very bad manners and even worse when they have done a bad job they do not want to own up to it. They need to grow up and learn about customer service. I recommend you go to any other place except here. Gratefully there are many other locksmith places in palmdale, I will not be coming back here.

My friends and I were having a party and all went outside to light fireworks and by accident one of them closed the door and it locked us out. I called 5 places and no one would come to us because it was a holiday but Moran lock and Key saved the day and really helped us out. They were very professional and did a great job.
