Mark at Dr. Lock Locksmith is by far the best locksmith I have ever used! This is the second time I have had to use a locksmith in the Palmdale area and Mark provided me with fast, knowledgable and extremely professional service both times! His prices are very fair and reasonable and he is very friendly and honest! Valerie, the receptionist who answered the phone was also a delight to deal with over the phone especially in stressful moments such as when you lock yourself out of the house...Valerie was super sweet, professional as well as calming! Mark was absolutely amazing. I was locked out of my car and was starting to panic because I was running late for work. Called Dr. Lock and Mark said he would be on his way shortly. He arrived in no time and got my door opened within seconds. Price was reasonable. Will definitely keep their card on hand.

Dr. Locksmith has the most disrespectful and rude customer service. A gentleman by the name of Mark (presumably the proprietor) was austere and impatient over the phone. His tone and attitude made me never want to do business with him. The way he treated me on the phone was vile and impolite. He sure knows how to gain new customers. What a repulsive experience.

I would like to say that the woman in the office was so very helpful and gave excellent Customer Service. I was told eta was 30-45 minutes time was 11am. After about an hour and a half I called and asked since I had 2 guys waiting in over 100 degrees of heat. She thought someone should have already been there. She stated she would call and get back to me. A man named Mark called and said he wasn't sure if he should go in case he didn't have correct car key. I explained Adriana had already checked and said he did. It was now 12:29. Adriana called back at 1:49pm to apologize and tell me Mark should be there in about 20-30 minutes. It was now 1:49pm. I finally get a call from Mark to advise job was done at 3:39. Mark not only took his time and informed my guys that he didn't want to be there but he also called me names and stated I was rude. I didn't know rude was asking an eta after so much time had gone by. He then didn't have his credit square working so the card wasn't able to be used but he then had no change to give so he kept a tip of $25. Unbelievable! Next time you need a locksmith call anyone but this Mark he's not only unprofessional but will rip you off!
