I wanted to post a 5-star review of Justin Bedolla of Paso Robles Safe and Lock. Right in the middle of the Covid-19 stay at home order, our back-door lock stuck in the locked position! My husband and I go out that door about a hundred times a day and would have been locked out if it was not fixed soon. I called Justin and he responded immediately with care and professionalism. He not only replaced the damaged door lock, but was able to rekey my entire house lock system and he painstakingly took apart and cleaned all my door locks! He went over and above. This would have been exceptional care in normal times, but even more so with all the Covid-19 scare. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his company to anyone who has locksmith needs. VERY Satisfied.

So far not so good! They advertise they open at 08:30! I saw two employees inside at 08:40am, they would not open the locked door! They just yelled something to me that I could not here! Im waiting to see if the will open at 09:00 am! Im an Insurance Agent, I will always try and help someone if Im at the office, early or late!I must summarize my total experience with satisfaction with the job I asked Paso Robles Glass!They performed the work requested within an hour! The key assembly works as promised!Please update you posted hours of operations to the correct hours!Thanks Kevin ****

Magicians of their trade. These guys treat you like customers (and any people) deserve to be treated. Respectful, A+ customer service, and keys that actually work.I brought these guys a key from a 2006 Dodge Sprinter, which is really a Mercedes van. You won't find any body else who can make these keys for you - even if its just a copy. To make things worse, my key blade was snapped in half and it was not the original but a copy. Dealer wanted to charge me an outrageous price to order a new key by VIN and needed me to tow my van to them. I couldn't afford it and had no way to start my car. These guys saved me an incredible amount of money and hassle. I've got two working keys now.

Top-notch business! I needed a duplicate smart key made for the late model used car we just bought and Paso Robles Safe & Lock was recommended. They charged about half the price and it took a quarter of the time to program it than the car's manufacturer dealership quoted. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and the key was OEM and not a cheesy, unreliable knock-off. Special thanks to Rick, Tim, and Justin. I'll be stopping by with my husband one of these days just to show him the beautiful antique safe!

Fantastic customer service and prices! Spoke with Rick yesterday because I have a unique car key that no one from Arroyo Grande to Paso Robles seemed to have. Dealer could order it but San Luis Nissan was horribly disrespectful, unprofessional, and wanted $600. My wife came in this morning with two kids in tow and Rick cut, programmed, and came out to make sure that the keys he made (and were in stock) worked; instead of making my wife come in and out multiple times. She was very grateful for their service and speed... oh and two programmed keys were only $160. Highly recommend Paso Robles Safe and Lock going forward!

I purchased remote key fobs for my car online to save a few bucks. I've called Paso Robles Safe and Lock to program them. They warned me that aftermarket key fobs might not take the programming correct and I would still have to pay even if they didn't work which I understood. My wife took the car there and had it programmed and when she brought it back I realize that the trunk didn't open when I called them they said they would try it again. I rescheduled to have it reprogrammed but it didn't work but luckily for me they had ordered a real official key fob. He said I didn't have to buy it but he wanted to confirm that his programmers still work. Not only was that super helpful but it also saved me another trip I was very impressed with their forward-thinking and patience I should have just gone to them at the beginning and I will next time.
