They do accept HEAP voucher however only carry 1 type of wood pellet which cost what we pay now plus another half of that soooo i get 50 bags not 75...totally a 3 for gouging but at least nice.

Love this store! The people are very friendly and helpful! You will never find yourself wandering around looking for something on your own waiting for help. The prices are a little higher than going to Home Depot but it is usually worth it to not have to drive into Placerville if you are in the area

The employees are nice and TRY to be helpful but the 'return rules' are ridiculous!! I spoke with two other customers in the parking lot because I was so upset on my THIRD try trying to return an item. Now I have to drive home, again and try returning the item ( because it had a number missing) AGAIN! It was damaged! I offered.. 'just give me a discount'... Of course that was too easy. So yet another 18 mile round trip!! It's Home Depoe for me from now on!
