John and his Team have been very helpful to my Mom, she locked herself out of her apartment. They responded promptly and let her in out of the heat. The whole lock finally had to be replaced. He showed me how to change the combination on a dial entry, and explained it in detail. They stock a variety of quality locks and safes, both handgun and rifle, fire and document safes and security systems, so you don't need to go any further then down town and let Tehema County Lock service them. Always a pleasant experience.
