Professional, Fast, Great Value and Price. I had very positive experience working with King's Total Security today and wanted to let you all know. My wife and I were going to take our old chevy truck for a drive to the lake, ... but the original ignition switch/lock would not turn at all. I called King's and Tom's wife answer the phone, listen to the problem, and help assure me they could do the repair today. They provide the price over the phone and communicated clearly when they could arrive. They explained had a few other repairs in between repairs, called to give me an update on their arrival time which I really appreciated. They arrived when the said and drove to our home to make the repair. Although, it was after 5 pm on a very hot Friday afternoon, he quickly looked at the truck, let me know he had the parts in stock and replaced my old chevy ignition switch within about 15 minutes. We are very pleased with his work. Thank you King's. Bill Sutherland :-)

My ignition fell out of my mustang. I had the new part but realized I didnt know what I was doing. I called a mechanic and he wanted $110 to put in the new one. He said he wouldnt be able to do it for a few days and that I would have to drop it off and he would squeeze it in. My boss told me about Kings total Security (A locksmith). I took my car down and they had it repaired and back on the road in 15 min and for $30! I recommend them to anyone. Thanks everyone at Kings Total Security!

I called around Redding to get a quote on getting a spare car key made. Most other places were $100 more and this was the most affordable and easiest. Other companies were charging more because they had to use some kind of programming, but a worker here and told me that there is an easier way to make keys that is a lot more affordable, and thats how he does it. The key was made in 5 mins flat and worked great! Thank you so much! God bless you!

Tom was my locksmith who I talk to on the phone. He was very helpful, he tried to walk me through getting into my safe before he had to come out so it wouldnt cost me any money. I called the company to ask for a quote because I locked my keys in my truck. They quoted me more than $50 more than the company I went with (Abbey Auto Lock and Key) for the same service, and it only took 20 minutes for Abbey Auto to come to my residence to unlock my truck for me. Dont waste your time and money with a greedy company.

This place and their service is absolutely amazing! My key to our new vehicle broke and I had no idea how to even handle the situation. I had 3 keys for this vehicle and none worked. Not only did they answer my million questions, they got me a new key AND even gave me price quotes on a new ignition and key set. They took time to actually listen to me and even helped calm me down. Absolutely love them and their service and Ill most definitely be using them in the future.

Called the number at about 8:00 pm Tuesday February 12th. The deadbolt to our front door had come apart and since i am legally blind in one eye needed help getting ti fixed for safety purposes. The 'man' who answered sounded like he was half asleep, and when I explained the situation his response was ' it's snowing and I can't send anyone out.' SNOWING? There was maybe 1/8 of an inch, and since this was a huge safety issue for my wife and I I cannot fathom his reasoning. I do know this however, I will NEVER use nor refer anyone to your company. I am a lifelong resident of Redding, as well as a decorated veteran, and this was totally unprofessional.This was my first time needing 24 hr service, and Believe you me it will be the last time I call or refer anyone to KIng Security. What a damn joke this place is.

I called and asked them what is the price to have transponder key made. They told me $25. So I drove 4 and a half hours straight with all my kids, without any stop to get there before they close. When I get there they told me they will charge another $50 to program it to work. I thought it was obvious when I told them I want transponder key made so it will work with the vehicle. So they give me the price of the cutting only and omitted the price of the programing. Omitting a price for your customer to get there is the same thing as lying and that is bad business. The Lady continued say the metal from other countries will mess up their machine to justify the lie and the high price.

Lost my only set of keys to my 65 Ford which I had been procrastinating on get copies made of but that's another story. so I call a different place who told me the only way was to have new keys made was to have the car towed to their shop and there was no other way so I called Kings he told me he could come to my house and take care of it cheaper than the other place or I could take the lock out of the door and bring it in and they would take care of it. So to make a long story short got my new keys they picked the lock on my gas cap for me all on all they saved me OVER $100 super nice people their number is saved in my phone i couldn't be happier

Had someone enter my commercial van at night and steal my extra sets of keys. By the next afternoon, my four entry points and ignition were all changed over to accept a new single key for everything (the ignition and doors previously had separate keys.) Made the mistake of locking my keys in my truck. Called these guys on a Saturday morning, they got here in an hour and got me into my truck within seconds. Also had a key to unlock my door made for 3$.... I called the Ford dealership in town and they wanted $40+ to make the same key. Quick helpful service.

Do not patronize this business....I realize this is Northern California...Redding, however, if you would like your customers to return treat them as a value. King's Total Security offers rude, abrupt, and unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend King's Total Security to anyone.

I completely lost all keys I had for an older vehicle - 1979, and the keys that started it were not the originals. I called other places around Redding, and some wanted me to tow the car to them.Kings was great. They came to me, which was the first big plus. They called when they were on their way to my place, which was another plus. Since I had no keys to the vehicle, the steering column had to be taken apart to get to the key cylinder, and a new one was put in. About 45 minutes later I had a new set of keys in my hands, and my car starts just like it always has.The price was competitive, and I did not have to get my car towed to get a new cylinder put in. Very happy.
