I highly recommend using this business. Not only was Val able to schedule me that day but he was on time and very polite. He was extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions. I had my door re-keyed, he gave me a fair price and even fixed the door knob so it was facing the correct way. Now it works super smooth and I dont need to use my key upside down. Hands down Im calling him again for any lock related issues.

They arrived in a short amount of time and were happy to help me, but now my driver side door handle of my car won't open from the outside at all so now I have to go through my passenger side door to get into my car. The guy who helped me says that what he did to the lock was not his fault but after having no problems with the lock for 7 months up until this guy unlocks it from the outside and then a week later the outside door handle doesn't work anymore. I don't find that a coincidence.Just use a coat hanger instead of spending 110$ (with a discount)

let me just say this, best experience Ive had with a locksmith company! Ive only ever locked my Keys in my car a handful of times but by far 1 hour lock smith was at my house in 15 minutes!! I reccomend them tenfold to all my friends and family! Val was a great help, and the price is just right! Thanks 1 hour (15 minutes) lock smith! Ill be calling you guys if ever needed in the future.

Long story short, I locked myself out of my house. It was a Sunday and thank god the owner came to help me out. I was freaking out thinking Id have to break something in order to get inside. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, had quick service, and came on such short notice. I would have paid pretty much anything to get back inside my house (lol) and compared to other places I had called, this was the best price to fix my mistake. Thank you again for the help!

As I was researching locksmiths for my mother's very old home in Old Roseville, I went through google and just started calling around and asking questions. I had the opportunity to talk with Val. I'm extremely grateful that I did because he answered all of my questions with patience, professionalism and efficiency. I continued to call around, 5 other's to be exact, but NO one, I repeat NO one was as efficient, thorough and patient as he was to me. So, I called him back and hired him for the job! He was so nice, easy going, friendly and most importantly professional! I trusted him through the whole process. Due to my mother's home being older and we wanted to keep the vintage look, the process was a little longer than we expected BUT we didn't care. He kept in contact with me and about what was going on and went above and beyond to make sure the keys and locks were perfect and THEY ARE! So, a MASSIVE thank you, Val! You did an amazing job! I called and spoke to a receptionist, because I locked my keys inside my car. She said she could dispatch her technician to my location within an hour and Val LITERALLY showed up in less than twenty minutes! who would've thought! Did I mention it was Sunday??!!!?? We (by we I mean my husband) locked ourselves out of our house on a Saturday afternoon. After searching the house for an alternate entry method, we decided to look into a locksmith. Val came to our rescue and was professional and knowledgeable. We ended up needing to replace all of our hardware (deadlocks and door knobs) and Val was able to get it all done, and made sure to clean up before he left. Hope you never run into the same situation as us, but if you do, we highly recommend calling Val and his team at 1 Hour Locksmith!
