Gil was very polite and helpful. He had several calls but he was able to help me get my car keys copied and my trunk open, which was not working. He lubed the locks and solved my problems. Highly recommend for a professional service. Excellent technician and businessman. I will be going to Gil and ADI in the future.

Fast and efficient!!! Made a call and Gill was here within 15 minutes at 7am!!! When you ask for a quote it's a FLAT RATE none of that 'minimum' mumbo jumbo. Key was done less than 5 minutes.

Horrible!!!! These people are predators who prey upon the desperate. They show up and take advantage of people in need by grossly overcharging them. I had the same job done by another company for half of what ADI was charging. The customer service is terrible as well. These kinds of businesses are a consumers worst nightmare. ADI will rip you off. I speak from personal experience. I would not recommend ADI to my worst enemy. The Tech they sent me couldn't even figure out how to program a remote key, and took half the night trying. I do not enjoy writing negative reviews, but ADI deserves every bit of it. Stay away from these losers!!!

My OEM keyfob triggered the anti-theft mechanism in the ignition and refused to start the engine. With my other backups keys missing, I was completely stuck with no way to start my car. With two quick calls, Avi was on his way! He was at my locale in 25 mins. He QUICKLY reprogrammed my OEM key and made a backup key as well. He was kind, informative, and professional. I would highly recommend this company (and Avi especially)!! Thank you. You saved my life and my sanity!

This is not only the worst experience i've had from a company but as a human being. I bought a new vehicle last night and accidentally locked my year old baby in the car!!! Talk about a mothers worst nightmare. Anyway, i called this company and pressed for emergency! The first person i talked to said he'd put a rush on the disbatch since baby was in the car. He said depending on traffic about 20-30 minutes. They then called back 5 minutes later to tell me the price, i agreed and put a card on file and at that time he said technichian was on the way and he would call me to update. 30 minutes go by and nothing, so i called back for an update. They said they would talk to the technician and call me back. Another 10 minutes, no call. Repeat this process literally 6 times. Absolutely nobody called me back. At this point over an hour has passed and the final time i called i was extremely upset and crying and refused to be called back, so they put me on hold. After 5 minutes, they come back to tell me that they never charged the card, and their technician that they PROMISED me was on the way, was actually stuck on another job. These people are complete monsters for doing what they did to me. It was extremely cold and raining outside and my baby boy was locked in the car and they promised they were coming to help me. Nobody called me back ever and for an hour lied to me while i could have been calling someone else. I sure hope this review reaches someone who is in an emergency and definitely decides to take their business and their CRISIS elsewhere!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

Very poor customer service. Answering service answered the call. Then a technician called be back and gave me a price. Price was almost double going rate. Then when I said I wasnt I interested he got pushy. Then I get a call back asking if I need a a service. I asked a service for what? He then got rude and said I didnt know what I wanted. I explained I am very busy and deal with lots of calls a day. He needed to state better who he was. Things went downhill. The guy got rude and pushy trying to sell me a overpriced key program. I said no thank you and please stop calling. He called back again :( and was rude again.
