This company is the absolute worst! I needed my house rekeyed and the woman made my appointment. I called the same day to confirm my appointment and the man said he would be there at 1:30pm. The tech called me at 1:30p to let me know that he was going to be 30 minutes late. So I remained patient until 1:30p came along and he still wasn't there. I had to call him and ask him if he was still coming. When the tech finally arrived he was yelling on the phone when he finally got off and greeted me. He them told me the prices (mind you very over priced). I was very impatient so I told him to just do we had to do. Throughout the job he was constantly answering his phone and cussing. When finally he was finished he was trying to charge my credit card with a card swiper that connects to his phone. He could not get it to work so he asked for another card. I gave him another one and still it did not work. He then said we had to go to an ATM and that's when I had it. I told him I am not driving to am ATM to get cash when I've been waiting so long and his machine isn't working. So he called his boss and they charged me over the phone. So when I thought this nightmare was finally over he calls me to tell me that the first card got charged after all and they were working on getting me a refund. I have never experienced anything so terrible like this. I need to figure out how to report this company. Do not give them your business.
