I had some keys made here in the past and went back to get my car key duplicated. They quoted one price on the phone then it went up when I got there and went up again when they 'looked' it up in the catalog and then again when I actually ordered the replacement they said they had to order it and would call when it came in and they never called. I had to call to get someone to confirm the key was there all in all a horrible experience
