My 1998 Toyota Camry was towed by the company because I was pulled over 03/03/2020 . I had no license and expired tags and I hadn't transferred ownership to my name yet. I barley bought the car a month and a half ago for $480.00 I was blessed truly. Well I had a warrant and was booked for 4 hours and sight released.My window was rolled down so I could speak to the officer before we left to the jail the tow truck driver was asked by the officer to roll up my windows the windows were rolled up when I got my belongings thank you very much for that. Well I was not able to get release form from police department until I had the car registered in my name and had a drivers license. I went to DMV registered it in my name but I have a ticket in Arizona for $590.00 plus a $10 reinstatement fee so that is my main priority my license. I get paid 03/17 and I will no doubt pay for it. Too Wilson's towing I would like to say thank you for allowing me to retrieve my Del Taco work uniforms and work shoes from the car when I didn't have it registered in my name yet. I simply had to show them proof of employment which was in the car. They were kind and helpful in every way. So it's wrong of every one to trash talk them when I know from experience it's not true. If possible I hope it's possible to retrieve my car next pay check I'm praying it will work out. Once again thank you and keep up the good work.

Wilson's towing has failed to tow cars without parking permits from my apartment complex, so they decided to work on their next scam. They decided to leave 72hr tow notices on cars with permits, by voiding permits that are 'damaged'. What a joke. When was this money scam stipulated in our contract. I've had the same parking permit for over 1 year, and now it's a problem. Go figure.

My car was stolen and towed here. The lady was very unprofessional! I am 8 hours away and she was unwilling to work with my daughter or insurance company. How am I supposed to be there in person except to cut my trip short. On top of it all it is during shelter in place orders. This company does not deserve to be in business. I truly hope they are shut down somehow.

My gripe is not that my car was towed. It's that the the Hispanic man who could barely speak English was recording me with his personal cell phone after multiple times of me asking him to stop. And I was not appropriately dressed. Running back inside for bottoms he continues to record I feel violated and unsettled. Called the tow company and they seemed to care less never contacted back and like I said the car was broken so that's not my issue just dont think a grown man should be able to record a young lady in distress let alone continue when she pleads with you to stop.

I want to give this company negative stars but Bre is the only one who saves the day. The after house operator is horrible, and unprofessional. My car was illegally towed out of my spot as a resident with proff which Wilson Towing is already familar with my car. I feel as if this was purposly done being that we previously had a disagreement with the towing driver. Wilson Towing towed my car within one hour of me getting home late from work out of my own spot and the after hours lady says you still have to pay $460.00. The management company needs to get rid of them I have lived here 3 years and will not be renewing if this continues. As a resident I cant even come home and park in my assigned space in peace. This was such an illegal tow so disappointed and unhappy.

Very disrespectful no manners what so ever the name of the lady was 'Bee' who was disrespectful and did not have good customer service skills or even an education she is supposed to represent the company and honestly she makes a bad impression for a business. I don't think anyone would want to be hiring a rude and unprofessional employee like Bee if that is even her real name! She didn't want to give me no information plus they told me they would honor the DMV records through the internet and when I get there they didn't accept my documents from when I did it thru the DMV virtual office and it's nothing but BS and they outta have meetings to get all employees on the right page and know the policy's and procedures and all know the company regulations and how to answer customers questions and not answer what ever they think or feel

My car broke down on the mountain, near crestline, Wilson Towing was the only place willing to tow me for an affordable price! Thank you very much Wilson Towing! The young male that came to get my car and myself at the location I was broken down on the side of the highway, was on time as the dispatch lady said they would arrive. All other Towing company wanted aaa membership or pay full price of an arm and a leg. Wilson Towing was the only Towing company that was reasonable on a fair Towing rate! Without any membership

Did not get his name but he is a white guy with facial hair, glasses, approximately around 58 and middle aged. People are suffering from this pademic, you simply dont know what one is going through so people should treat others with kindness especially workers representing a company.

I talked to deedee on the phone prior to going down to their facility. I called her at least 5 times during that 1st hr asking alot of questions, She was very helpful and patient with me in me and my husbands situation. I had a horrible experience with Wilson Towing Company on Christmas Eve. They towed my visitors truck even with the permit clearly visibly displayed. According to them, the permit was 'altered' so that's why they towed it. Bull!!! That was what the office gave us and there's no way to 'alter' anything. I had to pay $460 dollars to get that truck out. Such an inconvenience and such a waste of time. Long story short I was able to fight it and get my money back.P.S 'Miranda' the so called owner is very rude and unprofessional!!! Horrible company!!!

These guys towed my van from my apartment complex because I was parked in my space without a sticker the only reason why I didnt have one is because I just moved into the apartment and the owner of the apartment complex called them and told them they made a mistake and to release the vehicle but the fat girl with the white Nissan had the fattest attitude and made it difficult for us to get the vehicle out they took the registration out of the car and made us jump through hoops now were going to start a civil suit as soon as the courts open we need to take these scammers down!

Dont come to Wilson towing if your a white person with a child. They will make you wait an hour and then serve Mexican before you that showed up after you not even picking up their car it was their brothers. While I have a 7 year old child standing in the sun while waiting over and hour for assistance. Their employees leave the service area with a bottle of fireball in their back pocket and get in a vehicle and leave with an open container.

Wilson towing off of third street in San Bernardino are very evil and pray you never have to deal with them. My man was in a serious accident and Wilson towed his truck. Before they took it, I asked the driver can we go up there and get his things which was a lot as it was an SUV. He said sure no problem just have him show proof it's his car. My man came in with his pink slip and I'D. They said he need the current registration to get his possessions. He did not have it on him His things are in His truck. He said my important mail is in the truck, my name is on them and I really need my cell phone. They refused to allow him to retrieve his things. Sooooooo evil. And we all know it's because they want to go through his things to see what they can keep. Not stupid. The sad thing is...one of the two men in the office was the one who towed the truck and saw it was my man's truck and recognized us. Pray for the heart of those who keep evil in it.

I don't know her personally, but if she would work on her people skills it would be better for future customers & for herself. You disrespect & be rude to someone that you don't know. Predatory towing company, along with the apartment complex they patrol. I've seen them post up, lurking in our parking lot on so many occasions over the past several months. And when I got caught slipping, they immediately pounced. Got my car at 4:41 sunday morning. When we called about five hours later we were told it would be $450 to get it out today, or $380 to get it out tomorrow. How sway. Unfortunately, had to pay the $450 because like most people, we really need our vehicle during the week. But they're just doing their job, no matter how immoral it is to lurk in low income areas, where most people are barely making it. They prey on this demographic because they know many are not able to get their car out, might not have insurance or registration, (gotta have that before you get your car out!), license might be suspended, daily storage fees. For some, I can only imagine the cost to retrieve their vehicles creep to $1000. So if they can't get their car, Wilson's gets to keep it, and probably sells them. They probably own a used car lot under a different name.

If Google would allow, I'd give Wilson's Tow a negative 5 stars. I specifically asked the tow truck driver to roll up the passenger side window of my truck, as I had my service animal with me when I was pulled over for expired tags. He assured me he would. It had been raining non-stop, and when I went to get my belongings from their yard the very next day, the window was still down and my laptop, important paper work, and other possessions I had left inside (because I had to walk 3 miles) were soaked beyond repair. Awesome customer service, NOT!!!!!! Don't say you're going to do something when you know you won't.

I was stuck on a freeway offramp with a major tire issue; of course I was on my way to the airport for a very important business training out of state. I called and Widon priorities my call. Someone arrived in 10 minutes and had me back on the road within. 20 minutes of their arrival. I made that flight because they underdressed my situation. Thanks Wilson Towin . Wilson towing is taking cars that are parked properly please be careful! I have made a report to the landlord and will be filing a claim Monday because they do this in Spanish speaking only community where people cant pay so they keep the cars! I am taking pictures when I park and asked my neighbors to do the same to help the family they just hurt by providing cause for investigation.

Predatory towing at its finest. They literally roll through the parking lot of our apartment building looking for cars to take. Sometimes two trucks will PARK in the red next to the dumpsters waiting for someone to slip up. It got so annoying Ive even called the company and the lady answering the phone stumbled through a lie about maintaince really? Maintaining what exactly?? The signs are already posted so what is there to do exactly? And the tow yard is 10.5 miles from the complex. Its supposed to be 10 miles. And whoever answers these reviews always mentions that they know the laws in place to protect the consumer. Yay you for knowing the law. That doesnt mean you follow it bc you know there are a lot of people that DONT know the law!

Sadly, my car was stolen and ddropped off at Wilson's towing. Although not the best situation anyone would like to be in, getting my car out was a quick and speedy process. All of the workers here were not only professional but extremely understanding, personable, and did what they could to make the process easier. I appreciate the help in this undesireable situation and would recommend them.

So my car was towed and like everyone else, the reason it was towed was my own fault. Lets take responsibility for our own mistakes! Anyways I had to call Wilson to see what I need to do. I will say I have dealt with Tow Company's before and they were always rude. But Wilson was not rude at all, very helpful and friendly. Once again, if our cars get towed its our own fault, They cant tow if we are parked correctly and have permission to be parked in certain areas!

This company is garbage and so is the owner which goes by MIRANDA. They towed my car when they werent supposed to and wouldnt bring it back. I came to pick it up and MIRANDA was obviously having a bad day taking it out on everyone or maybe thats just her personality which I dont doubt. She wouldnt let me drive it off the lot even though I had my license and registration under MY name. If you unfortunately have to deal with this garbage company, STAY AWAY FROM MIRANDA. PS your in business to provide outstanding customer service. You provided the complete opposite and dont deserve to be in business.

My daughters car was towed by these people from my apartment complex on a Saturday night. When she went to get the from the visitors parking Sunday morning it was gone. She called them in the morning they told her it would be 400.00 to get her car. It's usually 285.00 but since it was a weekend they had to pay someone to go open the gate. If she waited til Monday she would save 65.00. But on their website it clearly says they are open 24 hours. But on Sunday they close at 330. This place is a fraud. They ended up paying 365 to get it out. And the person that answered the phone was really rude. My daughters car was parked there all day but they wait til it's dark to creep around. My daughter did have a parking permit but according to the apartment complex it's a completely different one from the one I was given when I moved in. It does state parking permit on it. There are no signs posted that they need to go into the office to get a permit. But today as I was leaving the apartment complex were putting up the signs. They recently repaved the parking lot and took all 29 visitor spots away and only gave this huge apartment complex 6 visitor parking spots that you need to get a parking permit from the office. This is a whole different issue but I really think the tow companies and apartment complexes work together to get you somehow

I can't find a way to reply to a reply so I have to just repost a review. Obviously the level of aggression from the employees of this place is ridiculous. Yes My car got towed and that sucked but I was calm and trying to get the info On what to do and Miranda was rude to me right off the bat. She wouldn't even tell me how to get my car back? We spoke on the phone at least 6 different times and I have plenty of witnesses to agree on her verbal abuse she also threatened me. I am so shocked by how poor the customer service is. Does anyone know the name of the owner? This AND the 'owner's' response is making me think about suing for libel.
