Ive been unfortunate to have to use their service twice. The first time I used them, they took 70 minutes to arrive when saying it was a 30 minute wait. The locksmith had trouble opening the door and took rough 30 minutes to open. The second time, I was told the wait was 25-30 minutes at 9:30pm. I received a phone call an hour later saying that the only locksmith couldnt make it, sorry. Youll have to find someone else.
