i lost my keys to the my office and i was locked outside so i had to call a locksmith, so i was looking online and i find Ethan Locksmith those guys are good, on time and very good value for your money

Technician came in 25 minutes, which wasnt bad. But charged me the highest price to unlock my car (it was starts at 29+45 and goes up with max being 85). Wasnt even unable to unlock my car conventionally. Spent about 10 minutes setting off the car alarm twice, until he finally unlocked the trunk instead. Was not satisfied. Although the price was pretty good at night, I would have expected better for paying the max amount to unlock the car. I asked the lady on the phone what the different price tiers meant too, and she wasnt able to provide me with an answer why a car unlock would cost $85 vs the starting $45. Price transparency was lacking. Have had better locksmiths in the past.

My day started out great until I went to the garage to get something and could not open my front door. I did not lock it since I was only gone for about 3 minutes. The door latch broke. No keys, no cell phone, no money, I was locked out. Everything I needed was inside the house. I asked my neighbor if I could borrow her phone to call a locksmith. I called Ethan Locksmith. The nice young gentleman showed up in a timely manner. It was a difficult lock, it took them 2 1/2 hours to destroy the lock to get into it and open the door. Ethan himself had to come out to take over to open it. The lock was an original from the 1970s. Ethan said they don't even sell those kind of locks in California and it's priced around $500, a special order lock. I was just happy they were able to open the door. Replacing the old lock with new locks was a breeze. I'm so glad I called Ethan Locksmith. Both gents worked really hard to pry the lock open.Thanks guys

Fast, reliable and a great price! I was in a tight spot - I was locked out of the house and I had an appliance delivery on its way. Ethan accommodated this and came very quickly, and completed the job quickly so I didn't have to reschedule anything. Great service, great work!!

I am disappointed, not with the service because a young man DID shown up as promised. However, I requested a jump start of my dead battery, from a towing company, and who shows up but a young man in an unmarked van! The service call charge was not $29, it was $50, my total for his three minutes there, was $134. I was grateful to have the help when I needed it, and yes I feel that it was overcharged, but desperate times call for desperate measures. However, I now need a detailed receipt, and so far, nothing is forthcoming. Very disappointed in the fact that I cannot get reimbursed because of this companys inability to provide me with a receipt for more than an amount shown, no details and what the service was for. Not good!!!

Please stay AWAY .They said the charge to open my car door would be $77 , after I checked my credit card I was charged $177, i called the business and let the owner know what happened,instead of taking care of the problem he decided to be extremely rude .During the phone call , he also mentioned he records all phone calls , (I can't wait to have a copy of that )I will call my credit card company and filed a complaint.They are dishonest and have the worst costumer service ever .

Really great communication with the office. The technician was here in 10/15 minutes. Great Ethan, had me in my apartment in less than 5 minutes. It took longer to walk up the stairs then it did to get into my apartment ha. Great company, will use again!

oh, what a great service. I locked my keys inside of our house with my young daughter in tow, in very cold weather. Showed up within 10 minutes and I was back in my house to get the keys within 15. When I lost my keys today I was nervous because this hard never happened to me before. I immediately called Lexus and they told me it would be $800!!! So I did a little research and found Ethan. There were two things that set him apart. First of all ue gave me a time frame and stuck to it. He was perfectly punctual. Secondly and MOST IMPORTANTLY He told me that there would be NO cost if they couldnt get it working. When he got here he was friendly and polite. He got my car working in 20min!Ethan, thank you!
