Matthew was so nice!! Highly recommend them. I came in at 5pm on a Friday and they were able to squeeze me in just before they closed! About $4-7 per key, pricing seemed higher than usual but having 4 keys completed in under 5 minutes worth it!!

Fast and efficient! But, they are tough to find. You can actually enter through the lobby of 60 Spear St (right of the Walgreens entrance) and take the elevator down to the basement.

Made an attempt to get a technician in to change our Locks. I gave Complete Security all of our contact information yet they were still unable to reach us... I was then told that the tech was trying to call us and every call went straight to voicemail. I requested the tech's number so i could reach out, instead I was told that that I should 'Turn my phone on'. Long story short, the operation was cancelled and I'm slightly frustrated.

Great location right in the heart of the financial district, in the basement. Ask at the desk and they'll send you an elevator car to go down. Obviously old-time shop, no-nonsense efficient staff. A bit expensive, but it's 60 Spear St, SF so not a surprise.

This key place made copies of the same keys for us three times that didn't work. Granted they were tricky keys but three times is a little much. One of the men in there grumbled the whole time about how difficult they were which also made for an unpleasant experience. They did give me my money back but I definitely won't be back.

They're in the basement of this office block. Take the elevator to -1 and follow the signs. Great service!
