I cannot explain my satisfaction with the service of Mario and his wife. It was OUTSTANDING. I lost my last car key and they saved the day. The quote they gave me for 2 keys/programming was half the price the dealership quoted me for 1 key. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I called to ask if they could come a day earlier than scheduled and they were able to accommodate me. They we extremely friendly and made and programmed 2 keys in just about an hour- saving me from a parking ticket! If you need fast help at an extremely great cost, go with them. 100% satisfied.

They are the best of the best. Absolutely amazing service. Were able to program a chip and remote key for my Jeep Wrangler for sure 1/4 the cost the dealer quoted me, 1/3 the cost of any of those rip off come to you locksmiths quoted me and had me a new key in less than 5 minutes including the walk to my Jeep to program it. ($100 vs. $400 at dealer or $300 at other shops).Behind this he encouraged me to buy a key online since he didnt have one immediately in stock. I had actually already done so but all other shops refused to try to program an online bought key and wanted to charge be a fortune to buy a key from them ($50 vs. $7 online). He was even kind enough to provide me instructions to self program a 3rd key I paid him to just do just the metal cutting on.Amazing mom and pop shop, so glad they exist and I wasnt completely ripped off my basically all other shops in SF besides them.

Thank you SO MUCH to Marios Locksmith. I managed to have my apartment keys fall out of my pocket on a Saturday evening while jogging and was unsuccessful when retracing my steps to search for them. Thank god I had my phone and I began calling every locksmith Yelp listing in the Bay Area. Unfortunately most were either located in the East Bay, were out of town for the weekend, were closed, or didnt pick up. Luckily for me, Marios Locksmith picked up quickly, arrived within 10 minutes, and I was back in my apartment in less than 5 minutes. Cost was reasonable for an evening call on a weekend ($100), and the employee who helped me was very respectful and kind. Thanks again to Marios locksmith, I really appreciate it.

Mario and his wife were great!They were there on time on an agreed upon Saturday appointment, were very professional, gave us total cost upfront and worked diligently on our 3 locks. They did a great job and will definitively call them over for new locks or other. It was very important for us to trust the person handling our locks, and Mario was up for the task! They also were very careful about not soiling our place and even had their own table to set up their tools.Completely recommended!
