I called and made an appointment for the same day. Kobi showed up on time and got to work right away. What I thought would take at least an hour only took him 25 - 30 min. He was fast, and provided quality work. He even redid the opening of my top dead bolt to make the hole wider in the wood so that the lock would fit again. Very relieved! Great work, great price, great professionalism, unlike other locksmith companies that never showed up at all and didn't bother to even call me back after I'd make an appointment with them. Very glad Locksmith SF and Kobi were professional and available. Thank you!

They'll show up fast but ruin your locks. Totally unskilled and will drill out your locks rather than pick them like a skilled locksmith. Charges you an insane amount of money for something that requires no knowledge. What's the point of hiring someone if they can't open your locks without destroying them. I know how easy these home locks are to pick, but my girlfriend needed someone to get her into the house ASAP. Would never ever hire this company again. They just wanted to ruin my locks so that I would have to buy new ones from them. Preying on my unknowledgeable family members to scam them into accepting this totally unsatisfactory work. Incredible!

Update: The owner called me personally to explain the cost and even offered to match the lower rate I had beed quoted. It was super kind and I really appreciate her reaching out! The company was fast to respond and get me into my apartment, but it felt like they overcharged. They don't provide an estimate over the phone (even though I could have sent a picture of the lock) and charge $30 to send someone out. Once the technician was out there it was another $165 to open a single door. So overall though the service was good I think it was overpriced and would have appreciate more transparency about the price before they sent someone out. $195 is way overpriced given the average in the area is ~$120.

Make sure you get an estimate first. Wouldnt provide an estimate and then did the work and then charged $$! Oh and youll be asked to help do the work.

I must admit im a single mom who had a bad emergency an notveven close to DEALER PRICES so found these guys who was extra fast with communication but they were nice to also service was not to long .most importantly the guy who came worked out a deal with me to match my pockets i was surprise an pleased ..he was neat clean friendly an sum what fast id tell all my friends to call these guys for sure ANYTIME
