Issue 1: they list the post office as their business location on Google maps and I thought they were close to my house because of that. They don't actually have a physical business location.Issue 2: won't give you a price over the phone. Says they will know once they show up even though I told them what they would be doing (making a copy of a chip car key). When they arrive they told me a price that I thought was too high. They tried to get me to pay them for showing up even though they never said anything about that over the phone or on their website. I feel that this kind of thing is dishonest and puts anyone who really needs their service in a serious bind.Issue 3: Since I refused their service they won't stop calling me and texting me.Positive: the technician did arrive within 10 minutes of their stated arrival time. At least they are punctual.
