Andrew from Brass Key came and spent a couple of hours working onsite. Our six doors used to all be on different keys - now they're all on the same key! He also adjusted the location of a deadbolt strike plate so that the bolt could be closed and unlocked a piece of furniture that had locked itself during the moving process. Andrew was friendly, professional,wore a mask and was mindful of social distancing as soon as he was asked. Hopefully we won't need their services again, but I would happily use them if needed!
