Great service! Alex, the locksmith, makes keys out of his van, so he can meet you wherever you are and help you get your keys made or replaced. He made me high quality remote key that I had lost for my car, as well as house keys. Awesome service, cheaper than others!

I needed to have a front door lock changed at my house. Called B&B locksmith for a quote. Mike at the office was kind enough ask me to take photos of my door so that it would get an accurate quote and won't waste time for them to come out and not be able to do anything. Their quote was very reasonable and was very easy to make an appointment. Manny the locksmith assigned to the job was very professional, called the morning of the appt to confirm if there was anything I had questions on or if I needed any other work done. Work was done spotless, explained every step that he was doing, and now I have a new lock on my door! Very good service and would definitely recommend.

After an extensive Yelp search, we chose B&B for a re-key of our house and the installation of a smart lock. Versus the other vendors, B&B was very straightforward on their quote and price competitive as well. Also, they provided some good recommendations on smart home security products. We had Manny G as our locksmith and he was great! He explained what he was doing the whole time and was very thorough in making sure all the locks performed their best. We'll definitely use B&B and Manny again for our future locksmith needs.

Alex is one of the sweetest, most accommodating business owners ever! Lucky for me, he actually lives next door to my grandmother so I have easy access to his services. He has helped us with all of our key-making needs and he is extremely caring with his customers. A while back I had my purse stolen, so I lost the key fob to my 2005 Ford Focus. Alex was able to give me a new one in a matter of minutes. He's also made us copies of our house keys and has always been willing to help us despite the fact that, well... he's home and not even technically working on the clock at the time.I highly HIGHLY recommend B&B for any of your locksmith needs. I've never had to use a locksmith before; I picked B and B Locksmith because they had good reviews & their estimate was the best. And I'm so happy I did! The main office did a great job communicating with me and trying to accommodate my schedule when the appointment time needed to shift a bit. Despite the stress of having to replace a lock, when Manny arrived, I knew I made the right choice in using B&B. It was a quick, easy process, but Manny still took the time to answer any questions I had, and as a bonus, our lock is actually way smoother than it used to be! Excellent, expert, and reliable service! Saw their fantastic reviews on yelp when I had lost my Toyota Highlander keys. Alex was patient in explaining how it would work. Within an hour, Manny, the locksmith was at my garage in Belmont. He is experienced and very knowledgeable about all things having to do with locks, cars, and security. I had two working keys within 3 hours from my initial call. In addition, Manny also was able to rekey my deadbolt when he heard about my issues with my front door so I got a safer home to boot!

Found B and B on Yelp and exchanged messages with Alex. Alex sent Manny the next morning who did a great job installing the lock. He took time to listen to how I wanted to lock to be placed, and explained each step of the installation process. Manny drilled clean holes into the doors and cut metal where needed. Took him about an hour to install and walked me through how to set up the smart lock. As a bonus, he also fixed a poorly installed cylinder on my mortise lock. Will most definitely recommend Manny and will use B and B's services in the future.

I already have a locksmith that I regularly use for all my home lock needs, but hes closed on weekends. Since today is Saturday, I found myself searching for another locksmith. After making a handful of calls and getting quotes, I came across B & B. Manny did an awesome job! He was able to squeeze me in last minute on a busy Saturday and the visit rate was less than half of what others were charging! Initially my Dad and I tried to install a new smart lock and additional regular keyed lock but came to the conclusion that I might need a brand new front door to fit these new locks. Manny was initially just going to rekey the old locks but as soon as I told him what happened earlier with my Dad he was able to work his magic and install both new locks! Because of the super fair pricing, quality of work and the fact that B & B is open weekends, I now have a new regular locksmith and will definitely be calling them for all future lock needs!

Couldn't have gone better!Manny came out and did an incredible job, walking me through the two options we were considering while explaining the risk of both. I had originally resigned myself to retaining my older lock and just adding the smart lock further up on the door, but turns out someone in the past 100 years had already filled a hole in that spot and there would be some risk in trying to bore through an unknown plug (was it metal, wood, wood filler?).We ultimately decided to replace the existing lock and enlarge the hole, but in doing so, move the hole up a bit to give the lock a bit more clearance with the handle. Manny explained every possible downside (some unpainted areas exposed, a little bit of the side cutout being exposed, etc) before proceeding and then made sure it was all level, aligned, and looking good.I'm really happy with how this all turned out and almost just as importantly, happy to know that I've found a great locksmith I can trust for some of the other work we may want to do in the future.
