Recently moved and needed a new lock. Turned to google for some suggestions and ran across Locksmith. Luckily, living social was doing a deal and score!! My location was a bit wee out of the usual range, but he was okay with it. He ran a bit behind schedule and called to see if I was okay with the delay/time change. It was fine since it was on a Sunday. I have had many locks changed and Locksmith is the best. They are professional and very nice. Pricing is reasonable and installation is quick. What more can I ask for? Woo-hoo!~ What really won me over was that he spoke English and understood me. My past locksmiths always had a hard time understanding anything which made it a chore. You people don't understand what it's like to speak to someone who is a pure-blooded old school Italian man who only says the word, no problem and yes. Save yourself the trouble and try Locksmith. They get the job done.

We have used Low Rate Locksmith Stockton most recently and its refreshing to be able to say that their service is excellent, and that they manage to combine their efficiency with courtesy in a way that we so rarely see these days. Special praises for engineers, as it was a real pleasure to have them worked for us. The icing on the cake is their competitive price. Everything the reviews say about ferdinand is true. I needed my lock fixed, asked him (and a few others) through Google for an estimate, and he responded promptly, made an appointment, and was in and out like clockwork. Or 'lock work.' He even *lowered* the estimate when he scooped out what was needed. Great guy clearly knows his stuff, and just a pleasure to deal with.

I was with my out-of-towner friends at an Airbnb pad when the cylinder on the door lock malfunctioned around 11:30 p.m. We were locked out of the place with no word from the landlord. Luckily, I remembered Jane K.'s 5-star review of Locksmith that I'd bookmarked on Google. [Thanks, Jane!] One frantic phone call to Locksmith and kraig arrived with superhero speed: within 20 minutes. kraig was able to open the lock immediately, take apart the pieces, and explain to us what the problem was. (Something about how the lock components weren't lying flat like a sandwich and it's like when the beef patty falls out of a hamburger. I don't really understand what that means but that's why people don't call me in the middle of the night to bust open their locks.) Not only did kraig fix the lock, he's this cool, young guy who was not creepy and really cute--so cute that none of us minded one bit that a stranger had crashed our late-night house party and was making loud mechanical noises in the entranceway. One friend kept marveling at his muscular arms and even my lesbian friend was still swooning over him into the next day. I highly recommend kraig to solve your lock problems, or if you just want to get a sweet-looking hottie to your place late at night to do some drilling.

Ray was professional, friendly, and honest.If they don't think they can be of any help to your issue, they will let you know right away. Not just that, but they will try to help you find other places you can call.I was immediately connected to Ray, who he told me that he would be able to have a better look at my situation. I explained to him my confusion and utter annoyance resulting from my experience with other locksmiths. Ray informed me to bring all of the stuff by and he will try his best.Around 25 minutes later, he was able to fashion the 2 keys I requested and a few key chains. I proceeded to chat with Ray for 10 minutes afterwards.It was an incredible and fast service, for a price that felt far below the quality of the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone facing same issues in the area and they will, without a doubt, continue to be my favorite locksmith in town!

This company operates on the highest levels of being unprofessional and not being accountable for the actions of employees. On fathers day I called low rate locksmith out to make me a key for my push start vehicle. When the lock smith got here he worked on making my key for an hour. Then he calls me and says it can't be done and that Sumthing is wrong with my car mechanically (I didn't know locksmiths were also master mechanics) as I stepped out side I see him with his vehicle backed into my water main coming off my well and he's yelling me to turn off the water. I turned off water and opened the gate for him as I thought we were going to have a conversation about fixing my pipe. He stopped at the gate and told me a few completely ridiculous lies and then burn out off my property not even considering if my kids had been out side playing. I was left in a dirt cloud. I still didn't panic because I thought I was dealing with a professional company. I got the pipe repaired myself and paid $725. So in the end I'm out $725 and I never got a key made for my auto which has put additional stress on me this week because of my lack of transportation. This company refuse to rectify this problem and are 100% responsible every person I've talked to NICK DEVON CRYSTAL AND PRISCILLA have lied to me. They will not provide their ccl# and have treated me beyond disrepectfully. They have attacked me instead of helping or showing empathy. AGAIN THIS IS 100% PROBLEMS THEY HAS CAUSED. I will be making a complaint to the state on their license tomorrow. This company is not trustworthy and full of liars that lack any integrity. Huge mistake calling this company.

I was quoted, $50.00 to come out at 6:30pm. Quoted $75.00 above the $50.00 to drill out the faulty lock. So I was told $125.00 to get my tenant in the door. Of course when he got there it was unfortunately going to cost another $100.00, because it was a custom job. A CUSTOM RIP OFF JOB is what it was. Dont call them, they are dishonest.

Price not what stated, its an advertising for individual locksmith whom get dispatched, who will add all kind of fee on top of what been given over the phone. The person whom you call has no idea of who came out. cost more then a local locksmith or a dealership... best to go to a local private locksmith with a store... !!!!!!!!SAVE TIME and MONEY DONT CALL!!!!!!!!!!!

I was quoted 30 on the phone then he came & said how are you paying I said cash, then he tried to say its 30 for coming out and its going to be 80, I told him I didnt have 80 and he went down to 60. He did open my door in two seconds , but he is a scam the low rates are a lie , I wouldnt call them anymore after this, I dont like people like that .

I Actually don't live in Stockton ca but I had to make some phone calls for my mother in law after she had locked here keys inside the house.I called couple of places after I googled locksmith in Stockton ca but one was closed and the other did not answer. Then I called Low Rate Stockton locksmith they answered quickly and professionally. They took the info and dispatched a locksmith to her location. The job was done on time and for a reasonable price. I hope this review helps them since I'm not there to thank them personally.

WARNING DON'T GO HERE!! These people will take advantage. I called for a key to my car the woman on the phone told me 120. When the locksmith got here he told me I would have to pay 180 (for a key that was missing the key fob that had came on my original key). He told me for an exact key like the one I had would be 220. I called 'port city locksmith' and they were able to get me a key like my original for 170. Needless to say I will never come back here again.

I was stranded in a pretty bad area in Dyer need of a locksmith that knew how to do of course one of today's most complicated keys, with just my luck, right? Had 10% juice left on my phone so luckily a friend of mine had referred him to me said she had a great experience with thier service so I rolled the dice and gave it a chance , and I'm so glad I did . I honestly couldn't thank this guy enough, I was stranded for 45 minutes figuring out what I should do my husband was out of town so I had no one to contact, I called multiple locksmiths and they were all over charging I told myself I would call one more place, so I called low rate locks smith and there prices compared to the other locksmith I had contact had better pricing, the gentleman arrived and explained to me what he was going to try to do on my vehicle, he was very respectful and assured me he would get me back on the road in no time, as a women who was alone at night with my kids I am very thankful he helped me and with a reasonable price I couldn't thank him enough , I will forsure call him again if I have any problems.
